专业学位硕士培养方案 工程管理 (专业学位) MEM(专业领域代码:125600)领域简介 东南大学工程管理(专业学位)MEM 学位点依托土木工程学科及管理科学与工程学科,于 2010 年获批,2015 年顺利通过专业评估,2018 年获得开展国际项目管理专业资质认证(IPMP)的合作资格。其中土木工程学科为国家双一流学科。东南大学工程管理专业是“全省第一、全国一流、国际知名”的优势专业,1999 年首批通过国家级专业评估(全国仅六所高校),获评江苏省特色专业、“十二五”江苏省高校重点专业、国家级特色专业建设点,是全国最早牵头获得工程管理领域国家教学成果奖的三所高校之一,也通过了英国皇家特许测量师学会(RICS)的认证。 培养目标 以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观、习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持四项基本原则,热爱祖国,遵纪守法,品行端正,具有为人民服务和为社会主义建设事业献身的精神。 在工程管理领域具有坚实、宽广的理论基础和系统深入的专门知识。具有独立开展科学研究和解决有关技术问题的能力,具有开阔的国际视野。能胜任工程管理、咨询、教育和科学研究等方面的工作。 至少熟练掌握一门外语。 研究方向 1、智慧建造与房地产管理 2、工程结构建造与健康管理 3、桥隧与地下工程建造与管理 4、市政工程可持续管理 5、工程结构安全性分析与管理 6、智慧低碳交通基建项目管理 7、智慧低碳交通系统项目管理 培养年限 学制 3 年,最长可延至 4 年。学分要求和课程设置(见附表)

毕业成果要求 学位论文选题应密切结合工程管理实际,学位论文应体现研究生综合运用工程管理及相关工程学科的理论、知识和方法分析、解决工程管理实际问题的能力。论文要具有一定的理论深度和先进性。 学位论文可以是工程管理项目设计、专题研究或案例研究报告。围绕论文开展科研工作的时间不少于 1 年。 本学科申请硕士学位前应发表一篇论文,论文须在省级以上刊物发表或被东南大学校庆论文集所收录;或在省级及省级以上学术会议上作公开学术会议报告一次;或申请答辩前完成 1 份工程研究报告或论文,并通过学科组织的专家盲审或答辩;或参与撰写 IVEY、MEM、MBA、MPA 案例入库一个;如案例未入库,则须通过学科组织的专家盲审或答辩。以上成果学位申请人须排名第 1 或第 2(导师排名第1,或经学院备案的副导师排名第 1),同时第一署名单位为东南大学,且和本专业相关。申请人须对成果的真实性负责,一经发现学术不端行为,后果自负。署名要求参见关于“印发《东南大学研究生申请学位时科研成果署名和认定要求》的通知(校发〔2022〕168 号)。


Discipline:Construction Management (Professional Degree) MEM(Discipline Code: 125601 ) Brief Introduction to Discipline Southeast University's Master of Engineering Management (MEM) programis founded upon the disciplines of Civil Engineering and Management Science andEngineering. It was approved in 2010, successfully passed the professional assessment in 2015, and obtained the cooperation in the development of international project management professional qualification certification (IPMP) in 2018. The Civil Engineering discipline is designated as a national Double First-Class discipline. Thediscipline is regarded as a leading and internationally renowned specialty. In 1999, it was among the first to pass the national level specialty assessment (onlysixuniversities nationwide), earning recognition as a characteristic specialty in JiangsuProvince, a key specialty in Jiangsu Province during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and a national-level specialty construction site. It was one of the first threeuniversities nationwide to win a National Teaching Achievement Award in the fieldof engineering management. It is also accredited by the Royal Institution of CharteredSurveyors (RICS) of the United Kingdom. Objectives: In the field of engineering management, candidates should possess a solidandcomprehensive theoretical foundation alongside an in-depth expertise in their specialized area. They should demonstrate the ability to independently conduct scientific research and address relevant issues, all while maintaining a broadinternational perspective. They should be capable of excelling in roles relatedtoengineering management, consulting, education, and scientific research. Proficiency in at least one foreign language is required. Credit Requirements and Curricula (refer to the Appendix) Thesis Proposal In accordance with Principles and Requirements of Southeast University on TopicSelection and Topic Report of Graduate Thesis Interim Assessment In accordance with Measures of Southeast University on Medium-termAssessment and Screening for Master Graduates Thesis Literature Review Within the scope of the thesis topic and research direction, a minimumof 50 pieces of literature must be reviewed, including at least 30 foreign language sources. Furthermore, the completion of a comprehensive review article is required. Thesis Composition In addition to complying with university regulations, the master's thesis must beasystematic and comprehensive scholarly work. It should demonstrate clear concepts, sound argumentation, rigorous discourse, accurate calculations, reliable data, logical organization, concise and fluent writing, and clear presentation of graphs and figures. Academic Standard of the Thesis The chosen thesis topic should closely integrate with practical aspects of engineeringmanagement. The master's thesis should showcase the candidate's abilitytocomprehensively apply theoretical concepts, knowledge, and methodologies fromengineering management and related engineering disciplines to analyze and solvepractical issues in the field. The thesis should possess a certain level of theoretical depth and innovation. It can take the form of an engineering management project design, a specialized study, or a case study report. The research work carried out for the thesis should span no less than 1 year. Students are required to publish one journal paper before applying for a master degree. The paper should be published in a journal at or above the provincial level or beincluded in the Collected Paper of the Southeast University.

Before applying for the master's degree in this discipline, the followingachievements must be met: Publication of a paper in a provincial-level or higher journal or inclusion of the paper in Southeast University's commemorative thesis collection; or presentation of anacademic report at the university's commemorative conference or a provincial-level or higher academic conference; or completion of an engineering research report or paper before applying for the defense, subject to peer review or defense by experts designated by the academic department; or participation in the creation of a case for IVEY, MEM, MBA, or MPA, followed by peer review or defense by experts designated by the academic department in case the case study is not accepted.
