CRITERIA 1: PROGRAMME DESIGN AND DELIVERY •What is the relationship between this program and the vision and mission of the university?(Another way:why does this program need to be here?) •What kind of students the Education Providers want? (PEO-related questions) •What indicators is the program achieving the original intent of the program offer? (PEO KPI) •Who is involved during the development of the student (PEO Question) •What are the methods to ensure that the long-term target of the student model is achieved (the question of the relationship between CLO-PLO-PEO) •As a program administrator, what are the main characteristics of students that we can immediately see before these students graduate?(PLO question) •What general skills do your students have that I can check later? (Technology attributes question) •When developing this program where do you benchmark, and is there a study of the characteristics of the desired graduates,how many more is needed in the country etc •Requirement from the industry(questions related to market research, benchmarking, industry needs)


CRITERIA 2: STUDENT ASSESSMENT Is there any OBE training? Who is his teacher? How do you do it? CRITERIA 3: STUDENT SELECTION AND SUPPORT SERVICE From the records, what is the lowest CGPA of incoming students? (entrance eligibility question) What method do you want to get feedback from students? Who analyzed the feedback? (facility question) What are the most student complaints related to facilities? If students have health problems, low CGPA or personal problems, who do you meet? (Support system -counseling, PA system etc) Is there a career day? / what strategy do you all want to market your students? (student career support question) Are there any incoming students who can transfer credit? How did you do? What are the conditions? Who is not related to this credit transfer? Criteria 4: Teaching and Support Staff How does the faculty divide the load? (load staff, justice etc) Do you have the budget to go to training? What kind of people are chosen? (Industry related, training staff etc) What is the Research and Development budget? (RnD) How many students do Masters, PhD? What is the staff supervisor selection process? (RnD) Did support staff have budget to go training? (support staff) What complaints do you always make? Does management care? (support staff load) What complaints do students always complain about? (Support system for students, staff awareness of student problems) Are industrial organizations involved in PNP? Is there a visit to the industry? (Industry engagement) If students go on a visit or talk by industry, what do the students do when the tour is over? (student CLO, constructive alignment etc) Criteria 4: Staff Student Ratio? All the staff in the field or not? (Teaching staff qualifications) Is there any provision for staff to go training? (Training staff) How many staff that have work experience or industry connections? (Experience staff) Who is the most influential in this Faculty and why? (Staff disclosure related to teaching, research, consultation etc) Was there a process to help other friends to be influential as well? (mentor-mentee questions, staff development plan etc) What is the distribution of load on lecturers? (staff load, fairness of load distribution) As a program administrator, do you all have privileges? (Administrator load is reduced for to make sure the program management is ok)


Have you ever discussed with the support staff what problems did they face to help teaching and learning (support staff and admin staff questions) How many support staff are there and are they qualified? (burden of support staff and their skills) Are there people in the industry give talk, or teach? (industry engagement) Sample question for students After graduation, what do you want to be (PEO, PLO) How does the lecturer start class? Open the computer and teach directly? (OBE culture, CLO wants to achieve etc) Which lecturer is the best and the worst? Why? (Staff expertise etc) When I was studying, I always felt dizzy when the lecturer was not confident in teaching. Is there a lecture like that here? (Staff expertise) Are there people from the industry or did you go to visit the industry? (Industry Exposure) Beside exam. Quiz etc, does the lecturer ask you all to present, to do an assignment in the group? (OBE, CLO) What kind of presentation do you present to the lecturer and how is it marked? Have you ever complained? (OBE, constructive alignment) If there is a problem, who do you always go to? (PA system, clinic, support system) Does student representative play a role? Seperti perpustakaan, kemudahan sukan, asrama dan café atau dewan makan. SOALAN DARIPADA MBOT Criteria 3: • Dari rekod u all, berapa paling rendah CGPA pelajar yang masuk? (soalan kelayakan masuk) • Apa kaedah u all nak dptkan maklumbalas dari pelajar? Siapa yang buat analisa maklumbalas tersebut? (soalan kemudahan)

(Support system – kaunseling ) • Ada tak hari kerjaya? / apa strategy u all nak pasarkan pelajar u all ni? (soalan support kerjaya pelajar) 4 CRITERIA 4: STAFF AKADEMIK - Maklumat ringkas staf, kelayakan staf, Pendaftaran dengan badan profesional (jika berkaitan) dan kursus yang diajar beserta masa pertemuan (beban tugas) - Maklumat keterlibatan staf untuk aktiviti lain - Jadual latihan staf terutamanya OBE PERKARA TAMBAHAN - Beban mengajar staf akademik tidak melebihi 20 jam seminggu. - Tugasan pentadbiran staf akademik perlu disemak agar tidak menjejaskan kualiti PdPc. - Kursus berkala untuk peningkatan kefahaman staf terhadap PEO, PLO dan CLO melalui kursus OBE. • Ulasan pemerhatian kelas • Temu bual dengan staf akademik – OBE • Apa itu OBE? • Adakah penerangan tentang OBE dihebahkan kepada para pelajar? • Apa tujuan rubrik? •Temu bual dengan staf akademik – Beban staf akademik • Beban mengajar semasa – jam kontak setiap minggu • Beban tugas pentadbiran dan lain-lain. – Peralatan bagi menyokong P&P • Adakah pihak KV menyediakan peralatan yang secukupnya bagi menyokong aktiviti P&P? • Bagaimanakah permohonan pembelian peralatan dibuat? – Latihan / kursus berkaitan. • Apakah dan berapakah latihan / kursus yang telah dihadiri? (Training staff) • Berapa ramai yang ada pengalaman kerja atau sangkutan industri? (Experience staff) • Siapa paling hebat dalam program ini dan kenapa? (Pendedahan staf berkaitan keadah mengajar, inovasi) • Yang hebat tadi ada tak proses nak tolong kawan-kawan lain utk turut sama hebat? (soalan mentor-mantee, staff development plan etc) • Pembahagian load pada pensyarah macam mana? (load staff, keadilan pembahagian load) • As ketua program, ada keistimewaan tak u all ? (beban load dikurangkan utk Pentadbir atau tidak utk pastikan pengurusan program ok) • Pernah bincang dgn support staff apa masalah yang selalu diorg hadapi utk bantu pnp (soalan support staff dan admin staff)

(financial support) 6 CRITERIA 6 : PROGRAM MANAGEMENT - Stuktur Organisasi Program - Governan Akademik serta Jawatankuasa yang terlibat dalam governan akademik - Bukti proses lantikan, minit mesyuarat jawatankuasa - Rekod pelajar • Cam mana awak2 ni dilantik? (Program leadership) • Kertas jawapan pelajar ni makin banyak setiap tahun, kat mana simpan? (Rekod penyimpanan, pelupusan) • Macam mana proses luluskan keputusan pelajar ? Kat mana simpan (Rekod pelajar) • Ada tak org yang buat kajian pencapaian PLO pelajar? • Ada tak masalah student dgn pelajar? (Integriti, profesionalisme staff 7 CRITERIA 7 : SISTEM PENGURUSAN KUALITI / PENAMBAHBAIKAN - SOP CQI Process - Rekod Lantikan Penilai Luar serta Laporan - Rekod penglibatan pemengang taruh dalam proses penambahbaikan program PERKARA TAMBAHAN - Mewujudkan mekanisme bagi menilai pencapaian PLO dan PEO. - Proses audit dalaman dijalankan secara berterusan bagi menilai keberkesanan dan kualiti program dan perlu mengambil tindakan susulan terhadap laporan berkenaan. • Ada tak buat program review?
