DESTINATION

A resort city on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California
peninsula, is known for its beaches, water-based activities and
nightlife. Playa El Médano is Cabo’s main beach, with outdoor
restaurants and numerous bars. Past the marina is Land’s End

Hydrotherapy | 30 Minute Session | Spa
Appointment times to be confirmed upon arrival.
Enjoy access to the Hydrotherapy Areas of the Nobu
Hotel Spa (steam, sauna, thermic shower, cold cabin,
Spa pools). Bathing suits are required as this is a
co-ed area. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes
before your scheduled time. If you have a conflict
with your scheduled time, please advise one of
your hosts as soon as possible so we can adjust
schedules accordingly.

DAY 4 | WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST

Departures throughout the day, please reference your departure
notice you will receive on the final evening. If you experience any
flight changes, please notify Christine Goldberg at
[email protected] + Carlos Pena (onsite) so your
transportation can be revised accordingly.

GENERAL TRIP INFORMATION

FLIGHT CHANGES
If you experience any flight delays and/or changes during your
travels, please notify Christine Goldberg at
[email protected] so your transportation can be
revised accordingly.

ARRIVALS
Once you are through Immigration, you will proceed past Baggage
Claim to Customs. A Customs official will ask you for your Customs
Declaration form and to push a button. If you get a RED LIGHT,
your luggage will likely be examined. If you get a GREEN LIGHT,
you may continue through to the exit.

After exiting Customs, you will go through two rooms. IMPORTANT:
be sure to avoid conversation with anyone in these rooms after
Customs. They are timeshare representatives. If they claim they
are there to pick you up, or that you need a confirmation number,
please disregard these and all other comments.

Proceed all of the way out of the doors through the right hand exit.

Our airport team will be expecting you with the group logo and/or
name at the designated areas. Walking out the airport is located
the UMBRELLA NUMBER 6 assigned for groups arrival. Our staff
will ensure that participants are guided to the correct vehicle. Have
in mind that reps from taxi companies, timeshares or car rental
agencies may approach you again; however please continue
towards the end. Our staff will be waiting for you outside dressed in
uniform and well identified.

CLIMATE
September is a pleasant time to visit Los Cabos. During this month,
afternoons can be fairly hot with an average high temperature of
91 degrees. Evenings can be a bit cooler with light breezes and an
average low temperature of 75 degrees. A light wrap or jacket is
recommended for evening events.
D E PA R T U R E S
You will be provided departure information the day before your
scheduled departure with regard to your transfer time
and luggage process.
GRATUITIES
Arrangements have been made to cover all program-related
gratuities associated with your trip. It is suggested that you tip
for special or personal services that you may request during the
program or for any meals not included in the program.
HOTEL INCIDENTALS
You will need to provide a credit card at hotel check-in
for all incidentals.
ROOM CREDIT
You will receive a $50.00 credit per person, per day to use on
September 18TH, 19TH, 20TH, and 21ST. Please note this credit does
NOT roll over from day to day so be sure to use your full amount
of credit each day.

LUGGAGE TAGS
Your Cabo 2022 luggage tags are enclosed. These tags are
essential in identifying you as a guest to travel staff.

Please insert your business card into the provided luggage tags
and attach them to your luggage before leaving for the airport. As
an additional precaution, we suggest you tape a business card to
the inside of your luggage in the unlikely event that the luggage
tags become separated from the luggage. It is extremely important
that each piece of checked luggage be tagged so it can be
delivered to the proper room.

NAME BADGES
You and your guest will receive name badges when you check in at
Nobu Hotel upon arrival. We ask that you wear your name badge
to all functions, as it will help us get acquainted with you and will
identify you as a guest of our event.

TIME ZONE
Cabo San Lucas, the Los Cabos area and all of Baja California Sur
Mexico is located in Mountain Standard Time (GMT -7) zone, same
time zone as Denver, ie. one hour more than Pacific Standard Time.
