In conclusion, Hot Hot Corn is the right decision for us as partnership to form this
business. Before start the business, we make plan for our mission, vision and objectives. This
is to ensure that our company have goals to achieve successfully. We hoped that this business
may achieve our target sales, gain customer trusts, and build good relationship with our
customer. By achieve that, we believe that our business will grow big in the future. Not just
that, we must follow all the administration plan, marketing plan, operational plan, and financial
plan.

For administration plan, we set up the executive for each departments that will lead
and manage the business activities. We also make budget for all the administrative cost that
might be incurred. Next, in marketing plan, we aim for our target market, market size and
market share. We also determined our competitors in that market to make sure that we can
know their strength and weakness. Plus, we estimate our demand and sales forecast to make
sure that our operation goes smoothly in order fulfilling the objectives. Besides, in our
operational plan, we hire workers that will help us in managing and producing our popcorns
products. We calculate the cost of raw material, equipment, machinery, and packaging before
we set the retail price of our product. Lastly, in financial plan, we can overview our business
financial assets, liabilities and revenues. It also helps our business in making day-to-day
decisions. Comparing forecast numbers to actual results gives important information about
overall financial health and business efficiency.

Overall, Hot Hot Corn is in a good positioning in its markets and we will continue our
business to make new improvements and get more achievements not only in local markets
but also in international markets.
