AUR ISLAND JOHOR BAHRU The Aur Island is an island in Mersing District, Johor, Malaysia. It lies about 76 kilometres (47 mi) east of Mersing Town and is part of the Johor Marine Park. Its corals, lagoons and offshore pools make it a tourist attraction. It has for many years also been a frequent stopover point for fishermen. SCUBA DIVING Around Aur Island, there are over 20 diving locations. Among the fish found here are Napoleon Wrasse, Angel Fish, Barracuda, BatFish, and Moray Eels. It offers a more bottomless sea for scuba diving because it is farther away than other diving locations off the east coast of Johor. EXPLORING JUNGLE BY JUNGLE TREKKING When visiting Aur Island, a morning jungle trekking trip at Teluk Berhala is a must-do activity. This jungle trekking is more challenging than it appears; challengers may have to trek through heavy bushes and thorny branches along the trails. During the jungle trek, you may be required to walk up a few wooden bridges.You can walk along a good path behind the large rock from Kampung Berhala, the village facing Dayang Island until you reach the location of the monolith. Then, proceed cautiously as the rock surface might be slick; however, a footpath leading from Kampung Berhala has stairs in good condition all along the route. Bring some water and a camera because the route takes about an hour each way and takes you to interesting sights.

For anglers, outside the Bako estuary there is an island called Lakei Island. A beautiful island like paradise that located in the port of Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. This place is famous for natives and it has several hundred inhabitants. Only cycling and walking as there are no other vehicles. 11 interesting places on Carey Island that must be visited which are Carey Island Aboriginal Cultural and Handicraft Center, Jugra Hill, Jugra In-Situ Museum, Kuan Wellness Eco Park, Mah Meri Cultural Village, Kelanang Beach, Hatter's Castle, Fishing Pool, Amverton Cove Golf and Carey Resort. Referring to the three pictures above that I have placed, for the first picture it is the Mah Meri Cultural Village which is a holiday location with the concept of an indigenous village and the atmosphere of the indigenous village is also complete with their clothes, goods and dances throughout their stay in this village . The second is a place called kelanang beach for picnics, camping, kite flying, watching the sunset panorama, catching crabs and snails. The third picture is the best and high class accommodation which is Amverton Cove Golf and Island Resort because they have many equipment and facilities in this resort such as jacuzzi, private swimming pool, private garden and many more. While being here, there are many interesting activities that can be done such as riding a paddle boat, kayaking, rock climbing, flying fox, fishing, cycling, ATV riding, playing snooker, karaoke and other entertainment. CAREY ISLAND TYPE OF ISLAND Carey Island has a hill that is very popular among tourists known as Bukit Jugra. We can do paragliding, sightseeing and many other interesting activities. In addition, an interesting place in Carey Island is the LS Fishing Pool because it allows anglers to catch big fish and it became history where anglers have caught fish weighing 400 kilograms just by fishing here. The next destination is called the Orang Asli Cultural and Handicraft Center. Only paying RM20 can see handicrafts made from bamboo and rattan. Not only that, you can also try playing traditional native music and we also have the opportunity to witness a native dance performance while staying at this interesting place on Carey Island. In-Situ Museum The exhibition place is historical and we can see the Armored truck that was used in World War 2 here. Kuan Wellness Eco Park Is one of the parks that is complete with various facilities such as cafes, photo spots and interesting animals. Kids will be very happy visiting here. Hatter's Castle A very beautiful bungalow which used to be the home of the manager of Carey Island once upon a time. However, now it is a guest house for staff and workers for the Sime Darby Plantation Company. L LANKAYAN ISLAND P ulau Lankayan is a small tropical coral resort island in Beluran, Sabah, Malaysia in the Sulu Sea. Lankayan Island has many species of attractive flora and fauna. SIPADAN ISLAND Divers require a permit to dive in Sipadan and the quota is capped to 176 permits per day (156 dive permits, 20 snorkelling special permits); 3 dives per diver. Each permit is valid for 1 day only. Permits are to be attained from dive resorts. Kindly enquire directly with them if you wish to dive Sipadan. Sipadan does not host any accommodation anymore. Divers will opt to stay at one of the nearby islands or at the Semporna mainland. From December 2020 onwards, the Sipadan island will be closed to visitors every December to give a month-long recuperation period for the coral and marine life. Sipadan island is Malaysia's only oceanic island, rising 600 metres (2,000 ft) from the seabed and formed by living corals growing on top of a volcanic cone.
