HENRY KOWALSKI, BOUGHT UNCLE BEN’S DINER, A SMALL BEER-AND-BARBECUE SPOT.
GREAT FOOD, HARD WORK, AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE SOON PROMPTED THE
KOWALSKI'S TO CLOSE THE DINER AND MOVE THE EXPANDING FOOD SERVICE BUSINESS

REQUIRED (3) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. THIS NUMBER IS CONSIDERED
THE FINAL COUNT AND CANNOT BE REDUCED FROM YOUR GUARANTEE. FOOD
PREPARATION AND CHARGES ARE BASED ON THIS FINAL GUARANTEE. IF THE NUMBER
OF GUESTS ATTENDING THE EVENT INCREASES ABOVE THE GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE
CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. IF A FINAL GUARANTEE IS NOT SUBMITTED (3) DAYS PRIOR
TO YOUR EVENT, FINAL CHARGES WILL BE BASED ON THE AGREED UPON NUMBER OF
ATTENDEES STATED IN YOUR CONTRACT.
BILLING
IT IS THE POLICY OF ROSEMARY’S CATERING THAT FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE EVENT IS
COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF THE GUARANTEE UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE
BEEN MADE. IF PAYING THE FINAL BALANCE BY CHECK , FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE
COMPLETED NO LATER THAN (7) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE.
SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX
A SERVICE CHARGE OF 22% AND SALES TAX OF 8.25% WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR
INVOICE. SERVICE CHARGE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND IS NOT

LIABILITY & CANCELLATION
