The cash- ow package
The cash- ow option is a lower inital capital strategy. This is where we rent a
property from the landlord on a company let agreement for use as a relocation
and short stay accommodation.
It is important to note here that you do not own the property so the cash spent is
not secured. The monthly pro t is an average. This means pro t will vary between
months.
