BACKGROUND

Fortune 500 VIP Club is a newly established Business Club that aims to bring big and small businesses together to share
knowledge and experience, to correlate and to form business networks. The organisation was established on September
11/2015 as a non-profit organisation that will combine the services of a Rotary Club with that of the Red Cross to
produce a unique organisation that enhances business development while serving as a disaster relief organisation.

This year Fortune 500 established a Disaster and Poverty relief Trust, specifically for disaster and poverty relief
interventions. Our Godly mandate aims to raise enough funds to deal with the drought situation we have in South
Africa, the Poverty and Drought situation in Angola, the war devastation in Turkey, the Zika virus in Brazil and many
others.

OUR VISION

- To be recognised as the world’s largest elite Business Club that has the largest Humanitarian Aid programme.

- To establish a world-wide television network that will serve as a disaster awareness programme in order to reduce
disaster fatalities, and increase disaster preparedness and interventions.

HOW TO JOIN?

Companies join by donating a minimum of 1% of their annual turn-over every year into the Trust Fund. 60% of that goes
into humanitarian Aid, while 40% goes into administration costs. Companies can then choose a member (preferably the
owner/s) to represent them during our world-wide summits.

WE DESPERATLY NEED YOUR SUPPORT

We are currently in need of funds to help us with the following:-

 To maintain our day to day running costs.

 For travelling in order to raise more funds.

 To employ more people.
 To establish warehouses for stock-pilling in order to provide relief supplies such as blankets, basic foods and

water, medicals, diapers, clothing and toys, to disaster stricken areas in and around South Africa.
 Provide disaster relief to areas that have been afflicted by drought, floods, wild fires, extreme weather

conditions, tsunamis, earth quakes, land-slides, etc.
 To establish a Television Channel on the IS20 Satellite (Which is an international satellite) that will be dedicated

to Disaster Awareness, in order to minimise fatalities during disasters, and to help our Donors to monitor the
work that we do.

OUR AUDITORS
Fortune 500 VIP Club is audited by SizweNtsaluba Gobodo External Auditors. (See Attached for details).

GIVING INCENTIVES.

We have designed a few services that we would like to offer to you as a Gift when choose to support us by donating
any of the following amount:-

 Donate an amount of R5 000 and you will receive a complete branding package i.e. Logos, letterheads, business
cards, posters, fliers, banners, websites, etc. (Design Only)

 Donate an amount of R10 000 and you will receive an exquisitely hand painted, A2 size portrait of yourself, or
of your spouse, or relative of your choice.

 Donate an amount of R20 000 and you will receive an exquisitely hand painted, A1 size portrait of yourself, or
of your spouse, or relative of your choice, plus branding.

 Donate an amount of R100 000 and you your stuff will receive fully accredited training courses on Customer
Service, IT, Budgeting, Bookkeeping, Sales and Marketing, plus Branding or a Portrait.

 Donate an amount of R1 million and above, and you will become a full member of the Club, and you will
receive a VIP Club card which comes with endless benefits.
