wdh take over gas repairs and servicing

Wakefield District Housing (wdh) are taking over gas
servicing, repairs to boilers and heating systems and
all out of office hour repairs for Arches Housing
customers.

From November, all repairs relating to your heating 
system or boiler need to be reported to wdh by calling
our usual office phone number 0114 2288100 and
following the instructions.

 When you are due a gas service you will get a letter
from wdh telling you when your appointment is. It’s
very important you keep this appointment.

All Arches Housing
contractors carry ID
cards. Do not let
anyone in your home
without asking to see
their ID first.
