A Hope Lives Here Proposal for Kathleen Sellick

A HOPE LIVES HERE PROPOSAL
FOR KATHLEEN SELLICK

“SPREAD LOVE EVERYWHERE YOU
GO. LET NO ONE EVER COME TO YOU
WITHOUT COMING AWAY BETTER AND
HAPPIER.”

- Saint Teresa of Calcutta

Dear Kathleen, COMMUNITY
I am pleased that we are fulfilling one of Father ROOM
Joe’s Villages’ most important visions together.

Father Joe’s Villages continues to be the region’s largest and most effective homelessness services provider,
thanks in large part to exceptional donors, like you. The original Village campus on 15th Street and Imperial
Avenue is now some 35 years old and the number of neighbors finding themselves in need of its services has
increased exponentially since it was built.
With tens of thousands of people going through its doors and halls each year, the aging Village campus is in
need of repair and maintenance to assure the safety and dignity of its buildings. In addition, the continuum
of specialized programs we provide is stretched to the brink and in need of supplemental funding to serve
people in need. Further, expanding our Legacy Endowment will ensure those in need for generations to come
will be able to access services that really work. Your generous gift will protect essential services for years to
come.
