FRC is a multi-purpose recreation center located in West Peoria. It features a gymnasium, meeting room with attached kitchenette, and a dance studio. Outside amenities include a playground, soccer eld, two baseball elds, and a batting cage. FRC and its services are accessible to people with disabilities.

features three outdoor lighted basketball courts with bleachers, a
soccer eld, kickball area (with bases), two pavilions for eating,
water playground, playground equipment, and indoor lounge with computer availability with internet access, cable TV/DVD player, and an air conditioned multi-purpose recreation area.

M/W 1:00-6:00pm, unless by appointment After-school membership fee: $25 Sa/Su available for rentals. Park is open from dawn to dusk.
