Customers With Hearing Impairments
The Peoria Park District recommends the use of 711 Illinois Relay for our customers with hearing impairments. To complete a TTY call using 711 Illinois Relay, dial 7-1-1 or 800-526-0844. When the Communications Assistant answers, type the telephone number you wish to call. When the person answers, proceed as you would with a regular TTY call.

REGISTRATION

ONLINE REGISTRATION
The Peoria Park District is launching new registration software beginning January 2018!
This new system will allow customers the opportunity to:
• Create and manage household accounts without assistance from Peoria Park District staff
• Register for programs and leagues online
• Request facility reservations online
Create your account today by following the instructions below, and be ready when registration opens on January 8th!
1. Go to https://webtrac.peoriaparks.org
2. On the home page under "Account Login," select "Create An Account" 3. Create a login and password.
4. Complete the "Household Primary Person Information" section.
IMPORTANT!: When completing the "Address 1" field, type only your house or apartment number and wait for the drop-down menu to appear. By selecting your address from the drop-down box, the system will be able to accurately determine your residency; if you enter your address without selecting an option from the drop-down menu, the system will default you to non-residency status. See residency key below for an explanation of residency categories.
If you live outside the tri-county area (Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford), the system will likely not recognize your address. In this case, please proceed with your account creation, entering your address using the following format:
Address 1: 1234 N Peoria St (street direction with no punctuation, street abbreviation with no punctuation)
Address 2: Apartment or unit number
If you believe you live within PPD residency boundaries and the system does not automatically locate your street address, please proceed with your account creation, and contact 309-682-1200 to confirm your residency status.
5. To add additional family members to your household, select the "Add New Member" button at the bottom of the screen.
6. To add an emergency contact, select the "Add Contact" button at the bottom of the screen. Typically, an emergency contact will be an individual that is not already included on the household account.
7. When all sections are complete, select "Save."
You are now ready to shop with us! To the right of the PPD logo near the top of the screen, select the "Search" option and begin perusing our catalog of activities, facilities, and leagues!
QUESTIONS? Call 682-1200 for assistance.
