สถิติการค้าสินค้าเกษตรไทยกับต่างประเทศ ปี 2560

PREFACE Thailand foreign agricultural trade is important to economic development. Exports of agricultural products are significant driving factors in agricultural sector. However, the world market has highly competitive in trade and investment. Other countries have introduced rules and regulations, including tariff and non-tariff measures, as barriers to international trade. In this regard, foreign agricultural trade statistics are beneficial in analyzing and planning in order to enhance competitiveness, maintain existing export destinations, take an opportunity in emerging markets and solve the problems in Thailand agricultural trade. The Centre for Agricultural Information, Office of Agricultural Economics, accordingly publishes the statistical document namely “Thailand Foreign Agricultural Trade Statistics 2017” for the aforementioned benefits. PART 1 THAILAND EXPORTS AND IMPORTS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS In 2017, total export value of Thailand was 7,294,295 million THB, of which non-agricultural products accounted for 5,938,794 million THB, and agricultural products accounted for 1,355,501 million THB. Export of agricultural products were classified into food and agricultural products 1,118,374 million THB, and agricultural products for agro-industry 237,127 million THB. Most agricultural products were exported to East Asia 496,694 million THB, which increased from 443,508 million THB in 2016 or increased by 11.99 percent; ASEAN 330,942 million THB, which increased from 293,126 million THB or increased by 12.90 percent; the Americas 170,932 million THB, which increased from 165,013 million THB or increased by 3.59 percent; EU (exclude Croatia) 118,349 million THB, which increased from 116,447 million THB or increased by 1.63 percent. Total imports value of Thailand was 6,974,840 million THB, of which non-agricultural products accounted for 6,468,492 million THB and agricultural products accounted for 506,348 million THB. Imports of agricultural products were classified into food and agricultural products 485,720 million THB, and agricultural products for agro-industry 20,628 million THB. ตอนที 2 การส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรและผลิตภัณฑ์ของประเทศไทย ปี 2560 ประเทศไทยมีการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรและผลิตภัณฑ์ทั$งหมด คิดเป็ นมูลค่า 1,355,501 ล้านบาท เพิ.มขึ$น จาก 1,216,716 ล้านบาท ของปี 2559 หรือคิดเป็ นร้อยละ 11.41 ซึ.งเป็ นผลมาจากมูลค่าการส่งออกที.เพิ.มขึ$นของยางธรรมชาติ ข้าวและผลิตภัณฑ์ และผลไม้และผลิตภัณฑ์ เป็ นสําคัญ สําหรับสินค้าส่ งออกสําคัญทีมีมูลค่าเพิมขึ(น ได้แก่ ยางธรรมชาติ เนื.องจากเศรษฐกิจของประเทศคู่ค้าหลักปรับตัวดีขึ$น เช่น จีน ญี.ปุ่ น สหรัฐอเมริกา มาเลเซีย ทําให้มีความต้องการนําเข้า ยางพาราเพื.อใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์และอุตสาหกรรมต่อเนื.องเพิ.มขึ$น ข้าวและผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากมีการเร่งส่งมอบข้าวขาว ตามสัญญาแบบรัฐต่อรัฐ (Government to Government: G to G) ให้กบหนั ่วยงานของรัฐบาลจีน อินโดนีเซีย ฟิ ลิปปิ นส์ และ บังคลาเทศ ประกอบกบราคาข้าวของไทยใกล้เคียงก ั ับคู่แข่ง ทําให้ไทยมีความสามารถในการแข่งขันเพิ.มขึ$น ผลไม้และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากความต้องการบริโภคลําไย ทุเรียน และมังคุด ของตลาดจีน เวียดนาม และอินโดนีเซีย เพิ.มขึ$น นํ(าตาลและ ผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากราคานํ$าตาลในตลาดโลกเพิ.มขึ$นจากผลผลิตนํ$าตาลของโลกที.ลดลง เนื(อไก่และผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากการ ส่งออกไปตลาดญี.ปุ่ นและอาเซียนขยายตัวเพิ.มขึ$น รวมถึงการส่งออกไปยังเกาหลีใต้ที.ขยายตัวเพิ.มขึ$นมากภายหลังการอนุญาต ให้นําเข้าเนื$อไก่สดแช่เย็นแช่แข็งจากไทยได้ตั$งแต่เดือนพฤศจิกายน 2559 ก้งและผลิตภัณฑ์ุ เนื.องจากความต้องการซื$อจาก ตลาดสําคัญ อาทิ ญี.ปุ่ น จีน เวียดนาม เพิ.มขึ$นอยางต่ ่อเนื.อง ผักและผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากมีการส่งออกไปยังญี.ปุ่ นและปากีสถาน ซึ.งเป็ นตลาดหลักเพิ.มขึ$น กากและเศษทีเหลือใช้ทําอาหารสัตว์ เนื.องจากมีการส่งออกไปยังตลาดสหรัฐอเมริกาเพิ.มขึ$น สินค้าส่ งออกสําคัญทีมีมูลค่าลดลง ได้แก่ ปลาและผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากญี.ปุ่ นซึ.งเป็ นตลาดหลัก ลดการนําเข้าจาก ไทย มันสําปะหลังและผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื.องจากจีนซึ.งเป็ นคู่ค้าหลัก ชะลอการนําเข้าผลิตภัณฑ์มันสําปะหลังจากไทย เพื.อกดดัน ราคามันเส้นและแป้ งมันสําปะหลังให้อยูในระดับตํ.า ประกอบก ่ บเวียดนามซึ.งเป็ นคู ั ่แข่งขันสําคัญขายผลิตภัณฑ์มันสําปะหลัง ในราคาที.ตํ.ากวาไทย ่ สินค้าเกษตรและผลิตภัณฑ์ส่ งออกทีสําคัญ 10 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ยางธรรมชาติ มูลค่า 216,054 ล้านบาท สิ นค้าส่งออกมากที.สุ ด คือ ยางแท่ง มูลค่า 98,455 ล้านบาท ข้ าวและผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 193,370 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ ข้าวเจ้าขาว มูลค่า 62,766 ล้านบาท ผลไม้และผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 142,609 ล้านบาท สินค้า ส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ ทุเรียนสด มูลค่า 22,022 ล้านบาท ปลาและผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 108,643 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมาก ที.สุด คือ ปลาปรุงแต่ง มูลค่า 89,871 ล้านบาท นํ(าตาลและผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 97,392 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ นํ$าตาลทราย มูลค่า 50,341 ล้านบาท เนื(อไก่และผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 96,266 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ เนื$อไก่ปรุงแต่ง มูลค่า 76,102 ล้านบาท มันสําปะหลังและผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 93,061 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ มันเส้น มูลค่า 36,080 ล้านบาท ก้งและผลิตภัณฑ์ ุ มูลค่า 71,036 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ กุงปรุงแต ้ ่ง มูลค่า 35,095 ล้านบาท ผักและผลิตภัณฑ์ มูลค่า 28,509 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ ผักปรุงแต่งมิให้เสีย มูลค่า 9,758 ล้านบาท กากและเศษ ทีเหลือใช้ทําอาหารสัตว์ มูลค่า 21,731 ล้านบาท สินค้าส่งออกมากที.สุด คือ ของปรุงแต่งชนิดที.ใช้ในการเลี$ยงสัตว์ มูลค่า 18,585 ล้านบาท

PART 2 THAILAND EXPORTS OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS In 2017, total export of Thailand in agricultural products was 1,355,501 million THB, which increased from 2016 about 1,216,716 million THB or equivalent to 11.41 percent. This caused by the increasing export value of natural rubber, rice and products and fruits and products. The increasing in export value was from natural rubber which demand for rubber using in automotive and industrial sectors was rising because the economy of major trading partner (such as China, Japan, United State and Malaysia) improved. Export of rice and products were pushed up by implementation of government to government trading contract by delivery rice to China, Indonesia, Philippines and Bangladesh. In addition, Thailand’s rice price was closed to the competitors which increased competitiveness of Thailand. Export of fruits and products significantly expanded as increasing of demand from Longan, Durian and Mangosteen from China, Vietnam and Indonesia. Sugar and products were increase by the rising in world sugar price which cause by decreasing in world sugar production. Export of chicken meat and products significantly expanded as increasing of demand from Japan and ASEAN market and the export to South Korea has increased because of the permission to import frozen chicken from Thailand since November 2016. Shrimps and products were increased because of continuously demand from Japan, China and Vietnam. Vegetable and products were caused by increasing exports to Japan and Pakistan. Exports of residues and waste for prepared animal fodder also increased by rising demand from United State. On the other hand, the export value of some agricultural products decreased; for examples, Fishes and products were dropped by decreasing in Japanese demand which was the major trading partner. Cassava and products were decreased because China slowed down the import of cassava products from Thailand to pressure the price of cassava starch to a lower level. Moreover Vietnam, which is a major competitor, sold cassava products at a lower price than Thailand. Top ten of agricultural product exports were natural rubber valued 216,054 million THB, of which block rubber is as the majority as 98,455 million THB; rice and products value 193,370 million THB, of which white rice was as the majority as 62,766 million THB; fruits and products 142,609 million THB, of which durians fresh was the majority as 22,022 million THB; fishes and products 108,643 million THB, of which fishes prepared or preserved was the majority as 89,871 million THB; sugar and products 97,392 million THB, of which refined sugar was the majority as 50,341 million THB; chicken meat and products 96,266 million THB, of which chicken prepared or preserved the majority as 76,102 million THB; cassava and products 93,061 million THB , of which cassava chips was the majority as 36,080 million THB; shrimps and products 71,036 million THB, of which shrimp prepared or preserved was the majority as 35,095 million THB; vegetable and products 28,509 million THB, of which vegetable, prepared or preserved was the majority as 9,758 million THB; residues and waste for prepared animal fodder 21,731 million THB, of which preparations of a kind used in animal feeding was the majority as 18,585 million THB.

Major export markets were China, Japan, and United Kingdom respectively.
