สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistics of Thailand I คํานํา ส�ำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เป็นหน่วยงานภายใต้กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ที่มีบทบาทส�ำคัญในการ เป็นองค์กรชี้น�ำ เสนอแนะนโยบาย ยุทธศาสตร์แผนพัฒนา และมาตรการทางการเกษตร การวิจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเกษตร การประเมินผลแผนงาน/โครงการส�ำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์รวมทั้งเป็นศูนย์กลาง การให้บริการข้อมูลสารสนเทศการเกษตรของประเทศ อย่างครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง ทันสมัย และสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่าย ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้ในทุกระดับ เพื่อใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางแผนประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร เกษตรกร ผู้ประกอบการ และองค์กรต่าง ๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลง ของเศรษฐกิจโลก เอกสารสถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย ปี2562 ส�ำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้ด�ำเนินการจัดเก็บ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลครอบคลุมสถานการณ์การผลิต การตลาด ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยรวบรวมข้อมูล จากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกษตรตั้งแต่ต้นน�้ำ กลางน�้ำ และปลายน�้ำ ได้แก่ กระทรวงเกษตรและ สหกรณ์กระทรวงการคลังกระทรวงกลาโหม กระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และสิ่งแวดล้อม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม องค์การอาหารและเกษตรแห่งสหประชาชาติ(Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) และกระทรวงเกษตรสหรัฐอเมริกา (United States Department of Agriculture) โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวข้างต้นนอกจากจะท�ำการเผยแพร่ในรูปวารสารทางสถิติแล้วยังถูกรวบรวมและ เชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในรูปของ ศูนย์ข้อมูลเกษตรแห่งชาติ(National Agriculture Big Data Center) ที่มีศูนย์ปฏิบัติการ ณ ส�ำนักงานเศรษฐกิจ การเกษตร และพร้อมที่จะน�ำไปต่อยอดในการวิเคราะห์ติดตาม เตือนภัยด้านการเกษตร ที่จะน�ำไปสู่การท�ำ การเกษตรแม่นย�ำ (Precision Farming) ให้เกิดความมั่นคง มั่งคั่ง ยั่งยืนในภาคการเกษตรได้ ส�ำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ขอขอบคุณหน่วยงานที่ให้ความอนุเคราะห์ข้อมูลสารสนเทศดังกล่าวไว้ ณ โอกาสนี้หากมีข้อคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะ หรือต้องการรับบริการข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม สามารถติดต่อได้ที่ส่วนปฏิบัติการ ข้อมูลการเกษตร ศูนย์สารสนเทศการเกษตร ส�ำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร หมายเลขโทรศัพท์0 2561 2870 E–mail: [email protected] และ www.oae.go.th (นายระพีภัทร์ จันทรศรีวงศ์) เลขาธิการส�ำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มีนาคม 2563

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistics of Thailand III 8. ถั่วเหลือง หมายถึง ถั่วเหลือง ที่มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 30 เมษายน ของปีถัดไป รุ่น 1 มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 ตุลาคม ของปีเดียวกัน รุ่น 2 มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน ถึง 30 เมษายน ของปีถัดไป 9. กระเทียม หอมแดง หอมหัวใหญ่ และมันฝรั่ง หมายถึง กระเทียม หอมแดง หอมหัวใหญ่ และ มันฝรั่ง ที่มีการปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 30 เมษายน ของปีถัดไป 10. มะเขือเทศ ข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน และข้าวโพดหวาน หมายถึง มะเขือเทศ ข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน และข้าวโพดหวานที่เก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน 11. มันส�ำปะหลังโรงงาน หมายถึง มันส�ำปะหลังที่เก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิต หรือขุดในระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน ของปีถัดไป โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขายผลผลิตให้แก่ลานมันเส้น โรงงานมันอัดเม็ด โรงงานแป้งมัน และโรงงานแปรรูปอย่างอื่น 12. อ้อยโรงงาน หมายถึง อ้อยที่เก็บเกี่ยวส่งเข้าโรงงานในฤดูหีบอ้อย ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน ของปีถัดไป 13. สับปะรดโรงงาน หมายถึง สับปะรดพันธุ์ปัตตาเวียที่เก็บเกี่ยวตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขายผลผลิตส่งเข้าโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเป็นหลัก ซึ่งบางกรณี อาจขายเป็นผลสด แต่จะไม่รวมพันธุ์พื้นเมืองที่ปลูกกันในท้องถิ่น เช่น สับปะรดนางแล สับปะรด ภูเก็ต สับปะรดตราดสีทอง และสับปะรดสวีเป็นต้น 14. กล้วยไม้ตัดดอก หมายถึง กล้วยไม้ที่ยืนต้นอยู ่ระหว ่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน โดยนับเฉพาะกล้วยไม้ตัดดอกเท่านั้น ไม่รวมไม้กระถาง 15. กาแฟ หมายถึง กาแฟที่ยืนต้นอยู่หรือปลูกใหม่ ระหว่างวันที่1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน ของปีถัดไป 16. ยางพารา ปาล์มน�้ำมัน พริกไทย มะพร้าว ล�ำไย เงาะ ทุเรียน มังคุด ลิ้นจี่ ส้มเขียวหวาน ลองกอง และมะนาว หมายถึง ไม้ยืนต้น /ไม้ผลดังกล่าว ที่ยืนต้นอยู่หรือปลูกใหม่ ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน 17. จ�ำนวนปศุสัตว์ณ วันที่ 1 มกราคม หมายถึง จ�ำนวนปศุสัตว์ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยง ณ วันที่ 1 มกราคม 18. โคเนื้อ หมายถึง โคที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อบริโภคเนื้อ ใช้งาน หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นไม่รวมโคนม ปริมาณการผลิตโคเนื้อ หมายถึง จ�ำนวนลูกโคเนื้อที่เกิดทั้งหมดและมีชีวิตอยู่รอดเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ในรอบปีการผลิต 19. โคนม หมายถึง โคนมเพศเมียที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงเพื่อผลิตน�้ำนมดิบ ปริมาณการผลิตน�้ำนมดิบ หมายถึง ปริมาณน�้ำนมดิบทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรผลิตได้ในรอบปีการผลิต 20. กระบือ หมายถึง กระบือที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อบริโภคเนื้อ ใช้งาน หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ปริมาณการผลิตกระบือ หมายถึง จ�ำนวนลูกกระบือที่เกิดและอยู ่รอดเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ในรอบ ปีการผลิต

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistics of Thailand IV 21. สุกร หมายถึง สุกรทุกสายพันธุ์ทั้งที่เป็นพันธุ์พื้นเมือง พันธุ์แท้พันธุ์ลูกผสม ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้ เพื่อขาย ท�ำพันธุ์และบริโภค ปริมาณการผลิตสุกร หมายถึง จ�ำนวนลูกสุกรที่เกิดและอยู่รอดเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ในรอบปีการผลิต 22. ไก่เนื้อ หมายถึง ไก่พันธุ์เนื้อทุกสายพันธุ์รวมทั้งไก่พันธุ์ไข่เพศผู้ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อขาย และ บริโภคเนื้อ แต่ไม่รวมไก่เนื้อสามสายพันธุ์ ปริมาณการผลิตไก่เนื้อ หมายถึง จ�ำนวนไก่เนื้อทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงและขาย ในรอบปีการผลิต 23. ไก่ไข่ หมายถึง ไก่พันธุ์ไข่ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อผลิตไข่ไก่ส�ำหรับจ�ำหน่ายและบริโภค ปริมาณการผลิตไข่ไก่ หมายถึง จ�ำนวนไข่ไก่ทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรได้รับในรอบปีการผลิต 24. ไก่พื้นเมือง หมายถึง ไก่พันธุ์พื้นบ้านที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อขายหรือบริโภคเนื้อและไข่ รวมทั้งไก่เนื้อ สามสายพันธุ์ไก่สายพันธุ์ที่มีผิวหนังหรือขนสีเหลือง หรือขนสีด�ำ ทั้งเพศผู้และเพศเมีย ปริมาณการผลิตไก่พื้นเมือง หมายถึง จ�ำนวนไก ่พื้นเมืองทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรขายหรือฆ ่าเพื่อ การบริโภคในรอบปีการผลิต 25. เป็ดเนื้อ หมายถึง เป็ดพันธุ์เนื้อทุกสายพันธุ์รวมทั้งเป็ดพันธุ์ไข่ตัวผู้และเป็ดเทศ ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้ เพื่อขาย และบริโภคเนื้อ แต่ไม่รวมเป็ดไข่ปลดระวาง ปริมาณการผลิตเป็ดเนื้อ หมายถึง จ�ำนวนเป็ดเนื้อที่ผลิตได้ในรอบปีการผลิต 26. เป็ดไข่ หมายถึง เป็ดพันธุ์ไข่เพศเมียทุกสายพันธุ์ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อผลิตไข่เป็ด ปริมาณการผลิตไข่เป็ด หมายถึง จ�ำนวนไข่เป็ดทั้งหมด ที่เกษตรกรได้รับในรอบปีการผลิต 27. การเลี้ยงกุ้งแบบพัฒนา หมายถึง การเลี้ยงกุ้งที่ใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่มีระบบถ่ายเทน�้ำ มีการควบคุม โรค และมีระบบการจัดการที่ดีใช้พันธุ์กุ้งจากโรงเพาะฟักเท่านั้น โดยปล ่อยในอัตราที่หนาแน่น ให้อาหารทุกวัน วันละ 3-5 ครั้ง มีการใช้เครื่องเติมอากาศเพื่อเพิ่มออกซิเจน และมีการดูแลเอาใจใส่ อย่างใกล้ชิด 28. ราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ หมายถึง ราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ณ ไร่นา 29. มูลค่าของผลผลิตตามราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ หมายถึง ปริมาณผลผลิตคูณราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ 30. ผลผลิตต่อไร่ หมายถึง ผลผลิตต่อเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว 31. เนื้อที่ป่าไม้ หมายถึง เนื้อที่ที่มีพืชพรรณขึ้นปกคลุมอยู ่ ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลของกรมป ่าไม้ที่ได้จาก การตีความภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม โดยมีสภาพเป็นป่า หรือไม่มีสภาพเป็นป่าเท่านั้น 32. เนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์นอกการเกษตร หมายถึง เนื้อที่ส่วนที่เหลือจากการหักเนื้อที่ป่าไม้และเนื้อที่ ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตร ออกจากเนื้อที่ทั้งหมด เช่น เนื้อที่ในเขตเทศบาล และสุขาภิบาล ซึ่งรวมถึงที่อยู ่อาศัย สิ่งปลูกสร้าง ย ่านการค้า ที่ตั้งโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โรงเรียน โรงพยาบาล วัด ถนน ทางหลวง ทางรถไฟ สนามบิน แม่น�้ำ ล�ำคลอง หนองบึง อ่างเก็บน�้ำ สถานที่ราชการ ที่อื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ได้ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตร เป็นต้น

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistics of Thailand V 33. เนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตรอื่น หมายถึง เนื้อที่ที่ครัวเรือนเกษตรถือครองอยู่ได้แก่สระน�้ำคูน�้ำ บ่อปลา บ ่อกุ้ง ทางน�้ำหรือทางถนนที่มีอยู ่ในแปลงเกษตร ทุ ่งหญ้าเลี้ยงสัตว์ที่รกร้าง ฟาร์ม สิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ถือครองอยู่นอกเนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตรข้างต้น 34. เนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตร หมายถึง เนื้อที่ทั้งหมดของครัวเรือนเกษตร หรือเนื้อที่ที่ครัวเรือน คงในสิทธิ์ผลประโยชน์ในที่ดิน ทั้งนี้ไม่ค�ำนึงถึงกรรมสิทธิ์ ที่แท้จริงของที่ดินนั้น โดยพิจารณาจาก เจตนาการน�ำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านต่าง ๆ ซึ่งจะพิจารณาตามลักษณะการใช้ประโยชน์ประจ�ำ ของผืนที่ดินนั้นเป็นเกณฑ์ 35. พื้นที่ชลประทาน หมายถึง พื้นที่บริการของกรมชลประทาน จากการควบคุม และบริหารจัดการน�้ำ โครงการชลประทานขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง ขนาดเล็ก (รวม ปชต. และ กปร.) โครงการสูบน�้ำ ด้วยไฟฟ้า และโครงการแก้มลิง โดยที่ผู้ใช้น�้ำน�ำไปใช้เพื่อการปลูกพืช การประมง ปศุสัตว์และ การอุปโภคบริโภค กิจการประปา อุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว การป้องกัน และบรรเทาภัยที่เกิดจาก น�้ำหลาก น�้ำเสีย และกิจการอื่น ๆ 36. พืช ปี 2562 มีค�ำนิยามตรงกับปีเพาะปลูก 2562/63 ได้แก่ ข้าวนาปีข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ถั่วเหลือง สับปะรด พริกไทย มะเขือเทศ ข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน ไม้ผล/ไม้ยืนต้น 37. พืช ปี 2563 มีค�ำนิยามตรงกับปีเพาะปลูก 2562/63 ได้แก่ ข้าวนาปรัง มันส�ำปะหลังโรงงาน อ้อยโรงงาน กระเทียม หอมแดง หอมหัวใหญ่ มันฝรั่ง กาแฟ 38. การแบ่งภาค แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ภาค 1) ภาคเหนือ มี17 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เชียงราย พะเยา ล�ำปาง ล�ำพูน เชียงใหม่ แม่ฮ่องสอน ตาก ก�ำแพงเพชร สุโขทัย แพร่ น่าน อุตรดิตถ์พิษณุโลก พิจิตร นครสวรรค์อุทัยธานีเพชรบูรณ์ 2) ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มี20 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เลย หนองบัวล�ำภูอุดรธานีบึงกาฬ หนองคาย สกลนคร นครพนม มุกดาหาร ยโสธร อ�ำนาจเจริญ อุบลราชธานีศรีสะเกษ สุรินทร์ บุรีรัมย์ มหาสารคาม ร้อยเอ็ด กาฬสินธุ์ขอนแก่น ชัยภูมินครราชสีมา 3) ภาคกลาง มี26 จังหวัด ได้แก่ สระบุรีลพบุรีสิงห์บุรีชัยนาท สุพรรณบุรีอ ่างทอง พระนครศรีอยุธยา นนทบุรีกรุงเทพมหานคร ปทุมธานีนครนายก ปราจีนบุรีฉะเชิงเทรา สระแก้ว จันทบุรีตราด ระยอง ชลบุรีสมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร นครปฐม กาญจนบุรีราชบุรี สมุทรสงคราม เพชรบุรีประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 4) ภาคใต้มี14 จังหวัดได้แก่ชุมพร ระนองสุราษฎร์ธานีพังงา ภูเก็ตกระบี่ตรัง นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา สตูล ปัตตานียะลา นราธิวาส

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย XII Agricultural Statistics of Thailand Preface Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE) was established under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives as the guidance agencyon recommending policies, strategies, developing plans including agricultural measures. In addition, the OAE also conducts research on agricultural economics, evaluates important projects of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. Furthermore, the OAE provides services on Thailand agricultural information which is comprehensive, accurate, up-to-date, accessible easily and responsive to the need of all users. This agricultural information will be beneficial for policy makers, farmers, entrepreneurs as well as other related agencies to make precise decision of agricultural planning effectively and also in compliance with dynamic global economics situation. This publication, “Agricultural Statistics of Thailand 2019”, contains statistical information of both domestic and global productions and markets that was inclusively collected and analyzed by the OAE. Inaddition, theinformation was gathered from various sourcesof information including upstream, middle stream and downstream namely, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, Ministryof NaturalResources and Environment and Ministryof Industry including informationfrom Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, and the United States Department of Agriculture. Farm gate price means the prices of the product available at the farm excluding any separately billed transport or delivery charge. 29. Farm value means the values of farm produce computed from farm gate prices. 30. Yield per rai means total production per unit of harvested area. 31. Forest land means the area under forest as defined by the Royal Forest Department and derived from forest or non-forest by satellite interpretation. 32. Non-Agricultural landuse means the residual area after reduction of forest and agricultural areas from the total areas of the country. It includes municipal areas and sanitation district, non-farmer residence, business and industrial areas, schools, hospitals, temples, roads, railways, airports, water ways, swamps, reservoirs, public areas, and other non-agricultural areas. 33. Other agricultural landuse means the area held by farmer for agriculture that allocated for non-production purposes such as ponds, ditches, wells, shimp ponds, fish ponds, water ways, or roads in agricultural farm, pasture land, waste land, farm area, non-farmer residence, and other non-agricultural areas. 34. Agricultural landuse means the total areas of agricultural household or the areas beyond household utilization without the real properties right on the land. Decision making from aim of various land utilization which depend on criteria of regularly landuse. 35. Irrigable areas mean the areas under the services of large, medium, and small scale irrigation projects of the Royal Irrigation Department, include office of the Royal Development Projects Board, Electric Pump Project and the cheeks, where there are the systems to provide water for agriculture, consumption, industry, tourism, etc. and to control flood as water quality. 36. 2019 Crops mean the crops that were harvested in year 2019 and whose data are reported in crops year 2019/20. These include major rice, maize (animal feed), soybeans, pineapples, pepper, tomatoes, baby corn, perennial and fruit trees. 37. 2020 Crops mean the crops that were harvested in year 2020 and whose data are reported in crops year 2019/20. These include second rice, cassava, sugarcane, garlics, shallots, onions, potatoes and coffee.
