สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand III 7. ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ หมายถึง ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ที่เกษตรกรเพาะปลูกเพื่อนำ เมล็ดมาใช้ผสมเป็นอาหารสัตว์ หรือทำ พันธุ์และอื่นๆ รุ่น 1 มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 มีนาคม ถึง 31 ตุลาคม ของปีเดียวกัน รุ่น 2 มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน ถึง 28 กุมภาพันธ์ ของปีถัดไป 8. ถั่วเหลือง หมายถึง ถั่วเหลือง ที่มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 30 เมษายน ของปีถัดไป รุ่น 1 มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 31 ตุลาคม ของปีเดียวกัน รุ่น 2 มีการเพาะปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน ถึง 30 เมษายน ของปีถัดไป 9. กระเทียม หอมแดง หอมหัวใหญ ่ และมันฝรั่ง หมายถึง กระเทียม หอมแดง หอมหัวใหญ ่ และมันฝรั่ง ที่มีการปลูกระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม ถึง 30 เมษายน ของปีถัดไป 10. มะเขือเทศ และข้าวโพดฝักอ ่อน หมายถึง มะเขือเทศ และข้าวโพดฝักอ ่อน ที่เก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตระหว ่าง วันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน 11. มันสำ ปะหลังโรงงาน หมายถึง มันสำ ปะหลังที่เกษตรกรเก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิต หรือขุดในระหว่าง วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน ของปีถัดไป โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขายผลผลิตให้แก่ลาน มันเส้น โรงงานมันอัดเม็ด โรงงานแป้งมัน และโรงงานแปรรูปอย่างอื่น 12. อ้อยโรงงาน หมายถึง อ้อยที่เกษตรกรเก็บเกี่ยวส่งเข้าโรงงานในฤดูหีบอ้อย ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน ของปีถัดไป 13. สับปะรดโรงงาน หมายถึง สับปะรดพันธ์ุปัตตาเวียที่เกษตรกรเก็บเกี่ยวตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขายผลผลิตส่งเข้าโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมเป็นหลัก ซึ่งบางกรณี อาจขายเป็นผลสด แต่จะไม่รวมพันธุ์พื้นเมืองที่ปลูกกันในท้องถิ่น เช่น สับปะรดนางแล สับปะรดภูเก็ต สับปะรดตราดสีทอง และสับปะรดสวี เป็นต้น 14. กาแฟ หมายถึง กาแฟที่ยืนต้นอยู่หรือปลูกใหม่ ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม ถึง 30 กันยายน ของปีถัดไป 15. ยางพารา ปาล์มน้ำ มัน พริกไทย มะพร้าว ลำ ไย เงาะ ทุเรียน ลิ้นจี่ มังคุด ส้มเขียวหวาน ลองกอง และมะนาว หมายถึง ไม้ผล/ไม้ยืนต้น ดังกล่าว ที่ยืนต้นอยู่หรือปลูกใหม่ ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึง 31 ธันวาคม ของปีเดียวกัน 16. จำ นวนปศุสัตว์ ณ วันที่ 1 มกราคม หมายถึง จำ นวนปศุสัตว์ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยง ณ วันที่ 1 มกราคม 17. โคเนื้อ หมายถึง โคที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อบริโภคเนื้อ ใช้งาน หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ไม่รวมโคนม ปริมาณการผลิตโคเนื้อ หมายถึง จำ นวนลูกโคเนื้อที่เกิดทั้งหมดและมีชีวิตอยู่รอดเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ในรอบปีการผลิต 18. โคนม หมายถึง โคนมเพศเมียที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงเพื่อผลิตน้ำ นมดิบ ปริมาณการผลิตน้ำ นมดิบ หมายถึง ปริมาณน้ำ นมดิบทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรผลิตได้ในรอบปีการผลิต 19. กระบือ หมายถึง กระบือที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อบริโภคเนื้อ ใช้งาน หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ปริมาณการผลิตกระบือ หมายถึง จำ นวนลูกกระบือที่เกิดและอยู่รอดเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ในรอบปีการผลิต

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand IV 20. สุกร หมายถึง สุกรทุกสายพันธุ์ทั้งที่เป็นพันธุ์พื้นเมือง พันธุ์แท้ พันธุ์ลูกผสม ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อขาย ทำ พันธุ์ และบริโภค ปริมาณการผลิตสุกร หมายถึง จำ นวนลูกสุกรที่เกิดและอยู่รอดเกิน 24 ชั่วโมง ในรอบปีการผลิต 21. ไก่เนื้อ หมายถึง ไก่พันธุ์เนื้อทุกสายพันธุ์ รวมทั้งไก่พันธุ์ไข่เพศผู้ ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อขาย และบริโภค เนื้อ แต่ไม่รวมไก่เนื้อสามสายพันธุ์ ปริมาณการผลิตไก่เนื้อ หมายถึง จำ นวนไก่เนื้อทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงและขาย ในรอบปีการผลิต 22. ไก่ไข่ หมายถึง ไก่พันธุ์ไข่ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อผลิตไข่ไก่สำ หรับจำ หน่ายและบริโภค ปริมาณการผลิตไข่ไก่ หมายถึง จำ นวนไข่ไก่ทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรได้รับในรอบปีการผลิต 23. ไก่พื้นเมือง หมายถึง ไก่พันธุ์พื้นบ้านที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อขายหรือบริโภคเนื้อและไข่ รวมทั้งไก่เนื้อ สามสายพันธุ์ ไก่สายพันธุ์ที่มีผิวหนังหรือขนสีเหลือง หรือขนสีดำ ทั้งเพศผู้และเพศเมีย ปริมาณการผลิตไก่พื้นเมือง หมายถึง จำ นวนไก่พื้นเมืองทั้งหมดที่เกษตรกรขายหรือฆ่าเพื่อการบริโภค ในรอบปีการผลิต 24. เป็ดเนื้อ หมายถึง เป็ดพันธุ์เนื้อทุกสายพันธุ์ รวมทั้งเป็ดพันธุ์ไข่ตัวผู้ และเป็ดเทศ ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้ เพื่อขาย และบริโภคเนื้อ แต่ไม่รวมเป็ดไข่ปลดระวาง ปริมาณการผลิตเป็ดเนื้อ หมายถึง จำ นวนเป็ดเนื้อที่ผลิตได้ในรอบปีการผลิต 25. เป็ดไข่ หมายถึง เป็ดพันธุ์ไข่เพศเมียทุกสายพันธุ์ที่เกษตรกรเลี้ยงไว้เพื่อผลิตไข่เป็ด ปริมาณการผลิตไข่เป็ด หมายถึง จำ นวนไข่เป็ดทั้งหมด ที่เกษตรกรได้รับในรอบปีการผลิต 26. ราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ หมายถึง ราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ ณ ไร่นา 27. มูลค่าของผลผลิตตามราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ หมายถึง ผลผลิตคูณราคาที่เกษตรกรขายได้ 28. ผลผลิตต่อไร่ หมายถึง ผลผลิตต่อเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว 29. เนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตร หมายถึง เนื้อที่ทั้งหมดของครัวเรือนเกษตร หรือเนื้อที่ที่ครัวเรือน คงในสิทธิ์ผลประโยชน์ในที่ดิน ทั้งนี้ไม่คำ นึงถึงกรรมสิทธิ์ ที่แท้จริงของที่ดินนั้นๆ โดยพิจารณาจากเจตนา การนำ ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆ ซึ่งจะพิจารณาตามลักษณะการใช้ประโยชน์ประจำของผืนที่ดินนั้นๆ เป็นเกณฑ์ 30. เนื้อที่ป่าไม้ หมายถึง เนื้อที่ที่มีพืชพรรณขึ้นปกคลุมอยู่ ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลของกรมป่าไม้ ที่ได้จากการ ตีความภาพถ่ายดาวเทียม โดยมีสภาพเป็นป่า หรือไม่มีสภาพเป็นป่าเท่านั้น

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand V 31. เนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์นอกการเกษตร เนื้อที่ส่วนที่เหลือจากการหักเนื้อที่ป่าไม้และเนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ ทางการเกษตร ออกจากเนื้อที่ทั้งหมด ได้แก่ เนื้อที่ในเขตเทศบาล และสุขาภิบาล ซึ่งรวมถึงที่อยู่อาศัย สิ่งปลูกสร้าง ย่านการค้า ที่ตั้งโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โรงเรียน โรงพยาบาล วัด ถนน ทางหลวง ทางรถไฟ สนามบิน แม่น้ำ ลำคลอง หนองบึง อ่างเก็บน้ำ สถานที่ราชการ และที่อื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตร 32. เนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตรอื่น หมายถึง เนื้อที่ที่ครัวเรือนเกษตรถือครองอยู่ ได้แก่ สระน้ำ คูน้ำ บ่อปลา บ่อกุ้ง ทางน้ำ หรือทางถนนที่มีอยู่ในแปลงเกษตร ทุ่งหญ้าเลี้ยงสัตว์ ที่รกร้าง ฟาร์ม และ สิ่งปลูกสร้างที่ถือครองอยู่นอกเนื้อที่ใช้ประโยชน์ทางการเกษตรข้างต้น 33. พื้นที่ชลประทาน หมายถึง พื้นที่บริการของกรมชลประทาน จากการควบคุม และบริหารจัดการ น ้ำ โครงการชลประทานขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง ขนาดเล็ก (รวม ปชต. และ กปร.) โครงการสูบน้ำด้วยไฟฟ้า และโครงการแก้มลิง โดยที่ผู้ใช้น้ำ นำ ไปใช้เพื่อการปลูกพืช การประมง ปศุสัตว์ และการอุปโภคบริโภค กิจการประปา อุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว การป้องกัน และบรรเทาภัยที่เกิดจากน้ำ หลาก น้ำ เสีย และ กิจการอื่นๆ 34. พืช ปี 2558 มีคำ นิยามตรงกับปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 ได้แก่ ข้าวนาปี ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ ถั่วเหลือง สับปะรด พริกไทย มะเขือเทศ ข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน และไม้ผล/ไม้ยืนต้น 35. พืช ปี 2559 มีคำ นิยามตรงกับปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 ได้แก่ ข้าวนาปรัง มันสำ ปะหลัง อ้อยโรงงาน กระเทียม หอมแดง หอมหัวใหญ่ มันฝรั่ง และกาแฟ 36. การแบ่งภาค แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ภาค 1) ภาคเหนือ มี 17 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เชียงราย พะเยา ลำ ปาง ลำ พูน เชียงใหม่ แม่ฮ่องสอน ตาก กำ แพงเพชร สุโขทัย แพร่ น่าน อุตรดิตถ์ พิษณุโลก พิจิตร นครสวรรค์ อุทัยธานี และเพชรบูรณ์ 2) ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มี 20 จังหวัด ได้แก่ เลย หนองบัวลำ ภู อุดรธานี บึงกาฬ หนองคาย สกลนคร นครพนม มุกดาหาร ยโสธร อำ นาจเจริญ อุบลราชธานี ศรีสะเกษ สุรินทร์ บุรีรัมย์ มหาสารคาม ร้อยเอ็ด กาฬสินธุ์ ขอนแก่น ชัยภูมิ และนครราชสีมา 3) ภาคกลาง มี 26 จังหวัด ได้แก่ สระบุรี ลพบุรี สิงห์บุรี ชัยนาท สุพรรณบุรี อ่างทอง พระนครศรีอยุธยา นนทบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร ปทุมธานี นครนายก ปราจีนบุรี ฉะเชิงเทรา สระแก้ว จันทบุรี ตราด ระยอง ชลบุรี สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร นครปฐม กาญจนบุรี ราชบุรี สมุทรสงคราม เพชรบุรี และประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 4) ภาคใต้ มี 14 จังหวัด ได้แก่ ชุมพร ระนอง สุราษฎร์ธานี พังงา ภูเก็ต กระบี่ ตรัง นครศรีธรรมราช พัทลุง สงขลา สตูล ปัตตานี ยะลา และนราธิวาส

This publication contained up-to-date agricultural economics information, including production and marketing situation, both domestically and internationally. It will be beneficial to farmers, entrepreneurs, and organizations in terms of planning and decision making in line with current situation in the modernized global economics trend, which will consequently affect to Thailand’s agricultural economy. The information contained in “Agricultural Statistics of Thailand 2015” has been gathered and analyzed by Office of Agricultural Economics, which acquired from various relevant agencies under Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Industry and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. Thailand Standards Industrial Classification are used to categorize crops into groups such as food crops, oil crops and fiber crops. 2. Agricultures and food products group refer to farming, livestock and fisheries (HS 01-24). 3. Agricultural products for agro-industry group refer to industry dealing with the supply, processing and distribution of farm products (HS 35.05 40.01 40.05 44.03 50.01-50.03 52.01 53.03). 4. Rice (mixed) refer to the major rice and second rice 5. Major Rice refer to the rice grown during May and October, except in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat whereas the major rice is grown during 16 June and 28 February of the following year. 6. Second Rice refer to the rice grown during November and April of the following year, except in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat whereas the second rice is grown during 1 March and 15 June of the same year. 7. Maize refer to the maize grown for feed seed of seeding and others. - Season 1 grown during March and October of the same year. - Season 2 grow during November and February of the following year. 8. Soybean refer to the soybean grown during May and April of the following year. - Season 1 grown during May and October of the same year. - Season 2 grown during November and April of the following year. 9. Garlic, Shallot, Onions and Potato refer to the crops grown during May and April of the following year. 10. Tomato and Baby Corn refer to the crops planted for harvested during January and December of the same year. 11. Cassava refer to the cassava planted for harvested during October and September of the following year for selling to dry-chips producers, pellet mills, flour mills and other processors. 12. Sugarcane refer to the sugarcane harvested for selling to the processing plants during October and September of the following year.

The native varieties such as Nang-lae, Phuket, Trat-Sithong and Sawee are excluded. 14. Coffee refer to the coffee trees, which are standing or planted during October and September of the following year. 15. Para Rubber, Oil Palm, Pepper, Coconut, Longan, Rambutan, Durian, Mangosteen, Lichee,Tangerine, Longkong and Lime refer to the crops planted and standing during January and December of the same year. 16. The number of cattle at 1 January refers to the number of cattle that farmers raise at 1 January 17. Beef cattle refer to the cows/bulls kept for meat, labour and other purposes excluding Dairy-Cow. Beef cattle production refers to the total number of beef calves which born and survive more than 24 hours in production year. 18. Dairy cattle refer to the female dairy cattle kept for milk. Production of raw milk refers to the volume of raw milk produced by farmers in production year. 19. Buffalo refer to the buffaloe kept for meat, labour and other purposes. Buffalo production refers to the number of buffalo calves which born and survive more than 24 hours in production year. 20. Swine refer to all varieties of swine including native, pure breed and hybrid species kept for sale, breeding and consumption . Swine production refers to the number of swine claves which born and survive more than 24 hours in production year. 21. Broiler refer to all species of broiler breed chicken including male layer breed chicken kept for sale and meat consumption excluding three species of broiler. Broiler production refers to total broiler kept for sale in production year. 22. Layer Hen refer to layer breed chicken kept for producing egg for sale and consumption. Hen egg production refer to total of hen eggs in production year. 23. Native chicken refer to all local breeder chicken kept for sale or meat and eggs consumption including three species of broiler and breeder chicken that have yellow or black skin and feathers. Native chicken production refers to total production of native chickens kept for sale or consumption in production year. 24. Meat Duck refer to all species of meat breeder ducks including male egg breeder duck and Muscovy duck kept for sale and meat consumption excluding unproductive layer duck. Meat duck production refers to total production of meat ducks in production year. 25. Layer Duck refer to all female species of layer breed duck kept for duck eggs producing. Duck egg production refers to total production of egg duck in production year. 26. Farm gate Price mean the prices of the product available at the farm excluding any separately billed transport or delivery charge. 27. Farm Value mean the values of farm produce computed from farm-gate prices. 28. Yield per rai mean total production per unit of harvested area.

Agricultural Landuse mean the total areas of agricultural household or the areas beyond household utilization without the real properties right on the land. Decision making from aim of various land utilization which depend on criteria of regularly landuse. 30. Forest Land mean the area under forest as defined by the Royal Forest Department and derived from forest or non-forest by satellite interpretation. 31. Non-Agricultural Landuse mean the residual area after reduction of forest and agricultural areas from the total areas of the country. It includes municipal areas and sanitation district, non-farmer residence, business and industrial areas, schools, hospitals, temples, roads, railways, airports, water ways, swamps, reservoirs, public areas and other non-agricultural areas. 32. Other Agricultural Landuse mean the areas held by farmer for agriculture that allocated for non-production purposes such as ponds, ditches, wells, shimp ponds, fish ponds, water ways, or roads in agricultural farm, pasture land, waste land, farm area, non-farmer residence and other non-agricultural areas . 33. Irrigable Areas mean the areas under the services of large, medium and small scale irrigation projects of the Royal Irrigation Department, include office of the Royal Development Projects Board, Electric Pump Project and the cheeks, where there are the systems to provide water for agriculture, consumption, industry, tourism, etc. and to control flood as water quality. 34. 2015 Crops mean the crops that were harvested in year 2014 and whose data are reported in crops year 2015/16. These include major rice, maize (animal feed), soybeans, pineapples, pepper, tomatoes, baby corn, perennial and fruit trees. 35. 2016 Crops mean the crops that were harvested in year 2015 and whose data are reported in crops year 2015/16. These include second rice, cassava, sugarcane, garlics, shallots, onions, potatoes and coffee. 36. Geographical Regions The geographical regions in Thailand are divided into 4 regions: 1) Northern region consists of 17 provinces namely Chiang Rai, Phayao, Lampang, Lamphun, Chiang Mai, Mae Hong Son, Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Sukhothai, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani and Phetchabun. 2) Northeastern region consists of 20 provinces namely Loei, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, Mukdahan, Yasothon, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, Surin, Buri Ram, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum and Nakhon Ratchasima. 3) Central region consists of 26 provinces namely Saraburi, Lop Buri, Sing Buri, Chai Nat, Suphan Buri, Ang Thong, Ayutthaya, Nonthaburi, Bangkok, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi, Trat, Rayong, Chon Buri, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Samut Songkhram, Phetchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan. 4) Southern region consists of 14 provinces namely Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Phangnga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phatthalung, Songkhla, Satun, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand 4 ข้าว : Rice สถานการณ์การผลิตข้าว ปี 2558 การผลิต ข้าวนาปี ปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 เนื้อที่เพาะปลูกลดลงจากปีเพาะปลูก 2557/58 เนื่องจากช่วงต้นฤดู (พ.ค.-มิ.ย. 58) ปริมาณน้ำฝนน้อย และปริมาณน้ำฝนรวมทั้งปีต่ำกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยปกติเกือบทุกภาค ทำ ให้เกษตรกร ปลูกข้าวล่าช้า บางพื้นที่ไม่สามารถปลูกข้าวนาปีได้ ประกอบกับราคามีแนวโน้มลดลง เกษตรกรบางส่วน จึงปรับเปลี่ยนไปปลูกพืชอื่น ที่ขายได้ราคาดีกว่า เช่น อ้อยโรงงาน เป็นต้น สำ หรับผลผลิตต่อไร่ลดลง เนื่องจาก ปริมาณน้ำฝนน้อยในระยะต้นกล้า และระยะแตกกอ และปริมาณน้ำ ไม่เพียงพอต่อการเจริญเติบโตบางพื้นที่ ต้นข้าวแห้งตาย นอกจากนั้นบางพื้นที่ยังพบการระบาดของศัตรูพืช เช่น เพลี้ยไฟ ส่งผลให้ภาพรวมทั้งประเทศ ผลผลิตลดลง ข้าวนาปรัง ปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 เนื้อที่เพาะปลูกลดลงจากปีเพาะปลูก 2557/58 เนื่องจากปริมาณน้ำ ในเขื่อนมีน้อย ไม่เพียงพอต่อการเพาะปลูก รวมทั้งราคาข้าวมีแนวโน้มลดลง ส่วนผลผลิตต่อไร่ลดลงเล็กน้อย จากปริมาณน้ำ ไม่เพียงพอ สำ หรับการผลิตระดับโลก ปีเพาะปลูก 2557/58 มีเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว 1,000.06 ล้านไร่ ลดลงจาก 1,010.81 ล้านไร่ ของปีเพาะปลูก 2556/57 ร้อยละ 1.06 ผลผลิต 478.25 ล้านตันข้าวสาร ลดลงจาก 478.54 ล้านตัน ร้อยละ 0.06 ส่วนผลผลิตต่อไร่ 478 กิโลกรัม เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 473 กิโลกรัม ร้อยละ 1.06 โดยประเทศที่มีผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น ได้แก่ จีน บังกลาเทศ เวียดนาม เมียนมาร์ ฟิลิปปินส์ บราซิล ส่วนประเทศที่มีผลผลิตลดลง ได้แก่ อินเดีย อินโดนีเซีย ไทย และญี่ปุ่น (รายละเอียดตามตารางที่ 1) การตลาด ในปี 2558 ส่งออกได้ 9.80 ล้านตันข้าวสาร มูลค่า 155,912 ล้านบาท เมื่อเทียบกับปี 2557 ที่ส่งออกได้ 10.97 ล้านตันข้าวสาร มูลค่า 174,851 ล้านบาท ปริมาณและมูลค่าลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 10.67 และร้อยละ 10.83 ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากปีนี้เศรษฐกิจโลกชะลอตัว ส่งผลให้กำลังซื้อของประเทศคู่ค้าข้าวไทยลดลง ประกอบกับ ราคาส่งออกข้าวของไทยสูงกว่าประเทศคู่แข่งประมาณ 20 – 30 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐต่อตัน ทำ ให้ผู้นำ เข้าข้าว จากไทยปรับเปลี่ยนไปนำ เข้าข้าวจากประเทศอื่นที่มีราคาถูกกว่าแทน

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand 5 ข้าว : Rice Rice Situation in 2015 Production The major rice planted area in crop year 2015/16 decreased from year 2014/15 due to the less rainfall in the early of rainy season (May-June 2015) and the under rainfall average of the overall actual rainfall in most regions. These situations caused delayed in farmers’ cultivation. Furthermore, the cultivation in some areas could not proceed. In addition, the declining price leaded farmers switched their planting to other crops with a good price condition like sugarcane for example. The production yield per rai slightly decreased because the lower level of rainfall was insufficient to grow. Moreover, pests such as thrips were spread out in some areas. These conditions caused the lower production entirely. The second rice crop planted area in year 2015/16 also decreased from year 2014/15 due to water in major dams being not enough to cultivate, and declining price. The yield also slightly decreased because of insufficient water supply. For the world production in year 2015/16, it was found that harvested areas were 1,000.06 million rais which decreased from 1,010.81 million rais in year 2014/15 or decreased by 1.06 percent. The rice production was 478.25 million tons which slightly decreased from 478.54 million tons in last year or decreased by 0.06 percent. The average yield was about 478 kilogram per rai which increased from 473 kilogram per rai in last year or increased by 1.06 percent. The increasing production countries were China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines and Brazil. In contrast, the countries with decreased production were India, Indonesia, Thailand and Japan, for example. as show in Table1. Trade In 2015, Thailand exported 9.80 million tons of rice with total value of 155,912 million baht, comparing with 10.97 million tons of rice with total value of 174,851 million baht in 2014. The volume and value decreased 10.67 percent and 10.83 percent respectively because the decreasing world economic growth led to the decreasing in purchasing power of trading partners. In addition, the export price of Thai rice was higher than the competitors by 20-30 dollars per ton. As a result, some rice importing countries reverted to import rice from other countries.

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand 16 ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ : Maize สถานการณ์ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ ปี 2558 การผลิต ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ ปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 เนื้อที่เพาะปลูกลดลงโดยเฉพาะรุ่น 1 เกษตรกรปรับเปลี่ยนไป ปลูกพืชอื่น เช่น มันสำ ปะหลังโรงงาน และอ้อยโรงงาน เนื่องจากประสบปัญหาภัยแล้ง สำ หรับผลผลิตต่อไร่ ลดลง เนื่องจากฝนทิ้งช่วง และกระทบแล้งในช่วงออกดอก ทำ ให้ฝักแคระแกร็น สำ หรับการผลิตระดับโลก ปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 มีเนื้อที่เพาะปลูก 1,104.94 ล้านไร่ ลดลงจาก 1,116.19 ล้านไร่ ในปีเพาะปลูก 2557/58 ร้อยละ 1.01 ผลผลิต 967.93 ล้านตัน ลดลงจาก 1,008.52 ล้านตัน ร้อยละ 4.02 สำ หรับ ผลผลิตต่อไร่ 877 กิโลกรัม ลดลงจาก 904 กิโลกรัม ร้อยละ 2.99 โดยประเทศที่มีผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้น ได้แก่ จีน แคนาดา และรัสเซีย ส่วนประเทศที่มีผลผลิตลดลง ได้แก่ สหรัฐอเมริกา บราซิล สหภาพยุโรป อาร์เจนติน่า ยูเครน เม็กซิโก ไทย และอินเดีย (รายละเอียดตามตารางที่ 7) การตลาด ความต้องการใช้ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ของไทยปี 2558 มี 5.34 ล้านตัน เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 5.04 ล้านตัน ในปี 2557 หรือเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5.95 เนื่องจากภาคอุตสาหกรรมการเลี้ยงสัตว์ยังคงขยายตัวเพิ่มขึ้น ทำ ให้ความต้องการใช้ ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์เพื่อเป็นวัตถุดิบอาหารสัตว์เพิ่มขึ้น การส่งออกของไทยปี 2558 ปริมาณ 0.081 ล้านตัน มูลค่า 716.74 ล้านบาท ลดลงจาก 0.631 ล้านตัน มูลค่า 5,154.83 ล้านบาท ในปี 2557 ร้อยละ 87.16 และร้อยละ 86.10 ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากปริมาณผลผลิต ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ลดลงจากผลกระทบของภัยแล้ง ขณะที่ความต้องการใช้ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์มีเพิ่มขึ้น

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand 17 ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ : Maize Maize situation in 2015 Production The maize production area in crop year 2015/16 decreased especially in rainy season due to the drought condition. The farmers switched to other agricultural products such as cassava and sugar cane. The production yield per rai decreased because of dry spell. For the world’s maize production in crop year 2015/16, the total planted area was 1,104.94 million rais which decreased from 1,116.19 million rais in crop year 2014/15 or decreased by 1.01 percent. The maize production was 967.93 million tons which decreased by 4.02 percent from 1,008.52 million tons in last year. The production yield per rai was 877 kilograms which decreased by 2.99 percent from 904 kilogram. The increasing production countries were China, Canada, and Russia for example. In contrast, the countries with decreased production were the United State of America, Brazil, European Union, Argentina, Ukraine, Mexico, Thailand and India for example, as shown in Table7. Trade The maize demand in Thailand for the year 2015 was 5.34 million tons, a slightly increasing by 5.95 percent from the year 2014 which was 5.04 million tons due to the increase in demand of feed industry and expansion of livestock industry. The maize export from Thailand in the year 2015 decreased by 87.16 percent for the production and 86.10 percent for the value from the year 2014 or decreased from 0.631 million tons to 0.081 million tons and from 5,154.83 million baht to 716.74 million baht, respectively. The decreasing in maize production resulted from the drought condition while the demand from feed industries was increasing.

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand 22 มันสำ ปะหลังโรงงาน : Cassava สถานการณ์มันสำ�ปะหลัง ปี 2559 การผลิต มันสำ ปะหลังโรงงาน ปีเพาะปลูก 2558/59 เนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยวลดลง เนื่องจากประสบปัญหาภัยแล้ง ฝนทิ้งช่วง เป็นเวลานาน ทำ ให้บางพื้นที่มีเพลี้ยแป้งระบาด และต้นมันสำ ปะหลังตาย ทำ ให้ขาดแคลนท่อนพันธุ์เพื่อปลูกซ่อม จึงปรับเปลี่ยนไปปลูกพืชชนิดอื่นแทน เช่น อ้อยโรงงาน ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ ถั่วเขียว เป็นต้น ประกอบกับเกษตรกร บางส่วนไม่สามารถปลูกมันสำ ปะหลังแซมในสวนลำ ไย และยางพารา เนื่องจากพืชหลักโตเต็มที่ สำ หรับผลผลิต ต่อไร่ลดลง เนื่องจากในบางพื้นที่กระทบแล้งและเพลี้ยแป้งระบาด ทำ ให้ต้นมันสำ ปะหลังเจริญเติบโตได้ไม่เต็มที่ หัวมัน สำ ปะหลังมีขนาดเล็ก (รายละเอียดตามตารางที่ 11) การผลิตของโลก ปี 2556/57 FAO คาดการณ์ว่า มีผลผลิตมันสำ ปะหลัง 270.29 ล้านตัน เมื่อเทียบกับปี 2555/56 ที่มีผลผลิต 263.32 ล้านตัน พบว่า ผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 2.65 โดยทวีปแอฟริกา ละตินอเมริกา เอเชีย และโอเชียเนีย มีผลผลิตเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 1.79 ร้อยละ 7.68 ร้อยละ 2.36 และร้อยละ 3.21 ตามลำดับ ซื่งผลผลิตมันสำ ปะหลังส่วนใหญ่ อยู่ในทวีปแอฟริกา ประมาณร้อยละ 54 รองลงมาคือ เอเชีย ร้อยละ 33 ละตินอเมริกา ร้อยละ 12 และ โอเชียเนีย ร้อยละ 1 โดยผู้ผลิตรายใหญ่ 5 อันดับแรก คือ ไนจีเรีย ไทย อินโดนีเซีย บราซิล และคองโก การตลาด ความต้องการใช้มันสำ ปะหลังในประเทศของไทย ปี 2557/58 เพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2556/57 ร้อยละ 10 เนื่องจาก ความต้องการใช้เพื่อผลิตเอทานอลเพิ่มสูงขึ้น จากนโยบายยกเลิกน้ำ มันเบนซิน 91 ปัจจุบันมีโรงงานที่ใช้เฉพาะ มันสำ ปะหลังเป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิตเอทานอล 7 แห่ง ส่วนความต้องการใช้เพื่อผลิตแป้งมันสำ ปะหลังเพิ่มขึ้น เนื่องจากใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบในอุตสาหกรรมต่อเนื่องได้หลากหลาย ส่วนมันเส้นมีความต้องการใช้ลดลง เนื่องจาก ผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมอาหารสัตว์หันไปใช้พืชทดแทนอื่นๆ ที่มีราคาถูก ประกอบกับราคามันเส้นปรับตัวสูงขึ้น โดยความต้องการใช้ภายในประเทศ มีประมาณร้อยละ 20 ที่เหลือร้อยละ 80 เป็นการส่งออก มูลค่าการส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์มันสำ ปะหลังของไทย ปี 2557/58 เพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2556/57 ร้อยละ 4 เนื่องจาก ประเทศคู่ค้ายังมีความต้องการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์มันสำ ปะหลังเพิ่มสูงขึ้น ทั้งนี้การส่งออกมันเส้นขึ้นอยู่กับราคาธัญพืช ของประเทศคู่ค้า ส่วนแป้งมันสำ ปะหลัง มีการใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมที่หลากหลายมากขึ้นทำ ให้ความต้องการใช้ ขยายตัว ปัจจุบันจีนเป็นประเทศผู้นำ เข้าผลิตภัณฑ์มันสำ ปะหลังรายใหญ่ที่สุดของไทยเนื่องจากมีความต้องการใช้มัน เส้นเพื่อนำ ไปผลิตแอลกอฮอล์ และแป้งมันสำ ปะหลังเพื่อใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมกระดาษและสิ่งทอ

สถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย Agricultural Statistic of Thailand 23 มันสำ ปะหลังโรงงาน : Cassava Cassava Situation in 2016 Production In crop year 2015/16, the harvested area of cassava decreased because it has been drought and had a dry spell for a long time. This caused some area facing mealy bug epidemic, and cassava trees died. Consequently, timber species were shortage for repairing planting. As a result, farmers changed to plant other crops; for example sugarcane, maize and green bean. Moreover, some farmers could not mix-cultivated cassava in longan and para rubber garden, since main crop was mature. Besides, the production per rai decreased because of drought and mealy bug epidemic in some areas. This caused cassava not mature and had small size, as shown in Table 11. For the world situation, in 2013/14, FAO estimated that the production was 270.29 million tons, compared to 263.32 million tons in crop year 2013/14 or increased by 2.65 percent. The rising number of the production estimated in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Oceania were 1.79 percent, 7.68 percent, 2.36 percent and 3.21 percent respectively. The cultivated areas were mostly in Africa, around 54 percent, Asia around 33 percent, Latin America around 12 percent and in Oceania around 1 percent. The five largest producers were Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil and Congo. Trade In crop year 2014/15, demand for using cassava in Thailand increased 10 percent compared to crop year 2013/14 due to highly demand of producing ethanol as the result from cancelling benzene 91 policy. Currently, there were seven ethanol industrial producers using cassava for ethanol production. Demand for cassava to produce tapioca starch increased, since it could be used as raw material in various downstream industries. In contrast, demand on tapioca chip decreased because entrepreneurs in feed industries used cheaper crops instead, and tapioca chip price was also increased. The demand for domestic usage was approximately 20 percent while the rest were exported. Thailand export value of cassava in crop year 2015/16 increased 4 percent compared to crop year 2014/15 due to increasing demand of trading partners. The export of tapioca chip depended on cereal prices of trading partners. Since Tapioca starch was using in various industries, demand of using Tapioca starch increased. Currently, China was the largest importer of cassava products of Thailand because China had demand of using Tapioca chip for producing ethanol and using Tapioca starch in paper and textile industry.
