‫إنساني مع احت ارم الثقافة والسياق لإنشاء م اركز التميز للمرضى والأسرة‬

‫اتصال (مع الخط الأول والثاني وال اربع والحافلة السريعة على موقعها الخاص ‪.)L2‬‬

‫سيحتوي الخط ال اربع على ‪ 19‬محطة بطول ‪ 12.5‬كم وسيخدم المحاور‪ :‬شارع‬
‫عقبة بن نافع إوادريس الحارتي إوادريس العلم والقوات المساعدة وشارع النيل‬
‫وشارع أنوال و‪ 10‬مارس وأولاد زيان وساحة النصر ورحال المسكيني وعلال‬

‫الفاسي وحديقة الجامعة العربية‪ .‬كما سوف يوفر الخط ال اربع نقاط اتصال (مع‬

‫ذي تخطيط أرضي مفتوح بدون أعمدة تبلغ مساحته ‪ 1560‬متًار مرب ًعا وارتفاع‬ ‫منطقة الأعمال المركزية (سي بي دي) بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة (إن إيه سي)‬
‫سقف أرضي يبلغ ‪ 4.5‬متًار وخمسة مستويات من مواقف السيا ارت تحت الأرض‬ ‫وعلى بعد ‪ 300‬متر من البرج الأيقوني والذي يعد أطول مبنى في مصر بارتفاع‬
‫مع ‪ 800‬فتحة وقوف للسيا ارت و ‪ 14‬مصعًدا عالي السرعة و مصعدي حريق‪.‬‬
‫سيحتوي برج إنفينيتي على مجموعة واسعة من الم ارفق التي تشمل بن ًكا وصالة‬ ‫‪ 387‬متًار‪.‬‬
‫عرض سيا ارت وصالة ألعاب رياضية ومنتج ًعا صحًيا ومتاجر وصيدلية ومقاهي‬
‫سوف ُيعيد هذا المشروع تشكيل سوق البناء العقاري المحلي من خلال تقديم‬

‫يبلغ طول خط القطار الكهربائي فائق السرعة من العين السخنة إلى العلمين‬
‫‪ 460‬كيلومتًار وتكلفته ‪ 8.2‬مليار دولار‪ .‬ستحصل شركة سيمنز الألمانية على‬ ‫وافق مجلس الوز ارء المصري على طلب الهيئة القومية للأنفاق التعاقد مع‬
‫‪ 3‬مليا ارت دولار بينما تحصل الشركات المصرية المنفذة على ‪ 5.2‬مليار دولار‪.‬‬ ‫كونسورتيوم من الشركات بقيادة شركة سيمنز لبدء تنفيذ القطار الكهربائي فائق‬
‫سوف يتم دفع المبالغ لشركة سيمنز بعد ‪ 6‬سنوات من بدء المشروع وعلى مدى‬
‫السرعة العين السخنة – العلمين‪.‬‬
‫‪ 20‬عا ًما‪ .‬وسوف تربط المرحلة الأولى مدينة العلمين على البحر المتوسط‬
‫بالعين السخنة على البحر الأحمر مروًار بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة وسيكون خط‬ ‫يضم الكونسورتيوم (سيمنز الألمانية‪ ،‬أو ارسكوم للإنشاءات‪ ،‬والمقاولون العرب)‪.‬‬
‫يبلغ طول المشروع حوالي ‪ 660‬كم ويتضمن العقد عمليات صيانة لمدة ‪15‬‬
‫السكة الحديد الجديد قادًار على نقل البضائع‪.‬‬
‫سنة‪ .‬يبلغ إجمالي أطوال شبكة القطا ارت الكهربائية عالية السرعة التي ستنفذها‬
‫شركة سيمنز الألمانية بالتعاون مع عدة شركات مصرية ‪ 1750‬كيلومتًار‪.‬‬

‫النيجر‪ ،‬بنين‬

‫الثانية من تطوير حقل أجادم النفطي بناء خط أنابيب جديد ومنشآت مرتبطة‬ ‫وقعت شركة البترول الوطنية الصينية (‪ )CNPC‬وجمهورية النيجر اتفاقية‬
‫به‪ .‬سوف تتميز بنظام إرساء واحد والذي من المتوقع أن يصدر ‪ 4.5‬مليون‬ ‫نقل تتعلق بخط أنابيب تصدير النفط الخام من حوض أجادم ريفت إلى ساحل‬
‫المحيط الأطلسي في بنين‪ .‬تم الإعلان عن الصفقة من قبل شركة سافانا للبترول‬
‫طن سنوًيا من النفط الخام‪ .‬وسيبلغ الطول الإجمالي لخط الأنابيب الجديد‬
‫‪ 1950‬كيلومتًار سيمر منها ما يقرب من ‪ 1،275‬كيلومتًار عبر أ ارضي النيجر‪،‬‬ ‫والتي تغطي أصولها ‪ ٪ 50‬من حوض أجادم ريفت في جنوب شرق النيجر‬
‫بينما سيكون الجزء المتبقي البالغ ‪ 675‬كيلومتًار في جمهورية بنين‪ .‬كما سيضم‬ ‫ووقع على اتفاقية النقل وزير البترول في النيجر ورئيس شركة الاستكشاف‬
‫المشروع تسع محطات وسيطة قبل أن ينتهي في ميناء سيم‪ .‬وسوف تكون قادرة‬ ‫والتطوير(‪.)CNPC‬‬

‫على تسليم ما يصل إلى ‪ 90‬ألف برميل في اليوم من النفط الخام إلى محطة‬ ‫يتضمن مشروع خط أنابيب النفط الخام بين النيجر وبنين والذي يمثل المرحلة‬
‫تصدير ميناء سيم الواقعة على ساحل المحيط الأطلسي في بنين‪.‬‬
