Established in 1968, Pine Tree Country Club is considered
one of the best kept secrets in Birmingham. With our 18
hole, par 72 golf course, top-notch tennis facility, and
olympic-sized swimming pool, Pine Tree is sure to be a
perfect match for all of your family’s needs.

Pine Tree Country Club is a family oriented club whose
members enjoy a wide variety of recreational and social
activities. We strive to provide opportunity for social
enjoyment and fellowship amongst our members and their
guests. We are a family of friends and welcome you to join
our family!

Golf

Designed by renowned golf course architect, George Cobb, this
championship golf course is the crown jewel of Pine Tree Country Club.
This 18-hole layout is pure golf and plays more than 7,000 yards from
the tips. Cobb incorporated everything that makes a course challenging
and fair as well as aesthetically pleasing into Pine Tree’s design. You’ll
enjoy stunning panoramic views and dramatic doglegs along with
towering southern pines, indigenous hardwoods, lush vegetation and
plenty of natural water features.

Combine the spectacular views, rolling terrain and outstanding service,
it’s no wonder Pine Tree Country Club has been a preferred setting for
hosting a numerous regional, state-wide, and local golf including the
Alabama State Amateur Championship, AGA Four-Ball Championship,
the Alabama-NW Florida PGA Section Championship, the US Senior
Challenge, and US Open Qualifying.

Pine Tree also offers full-length driving range where you can hit every
club in the bag as well as a separate short game area and putting green
to sharpen your golfing skills.

Tennis

The tennis facility at Pine Tree is one of the few
in the city to offer such fine accommodations for
the enjoyment of tennis. There are nine courts,
8 of which are lit and available for night play
and practice. Our fully stocked Pro Shop carries
women’s apparel, shoes, racquets and tennis
accessories. We also offer racquet stringing ser-
vices, as well as Wilson racquets for demo and
purchase. Our experienced Tennis Professionals
are available for private lessons or group clinics.
We also offer several social, junior and comple-
tive programs for players of all skill levels.

Dining

Pine Tree Country Club is a comfortable place for Members and guests to
retreat, relax, and enjoy life.

Experience outstanding meals and service from casual to formal at the Club’s
many venues. Our Dining Rooms are all unique in their own way. From an
elegant setting in our Dining rooms to a family oriented restaurant - “The Grille”
to a casual Snack Bar, known as “The Turn”.

Savor our chef’s culinary artwork and creative menus in a relaxed, elegant
setting. Don’t feel like cooking? Take advantage of our take-out service which is
available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our Chef will accommodate all of your
needs by preparing dishes for you within 24-48 hours of ordering.

With world-class cuisine and an attentive staff, you and your family will find all
our dining facilities to be favorite gathering spots for every meal.

Swim & Fitness

Pine Tree’s Olympic-sized swimming pool is excellent for all facets of the sport,
whether for swimming laps or just taking in the sun. We also offer a smaller
pool for toddlers and certified lifeguards are always on duty. We also offer
swim lessons and swim team. Our swimming pool is open from the Saturday of
Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day. Kids 5 years and older may also join
our summer swim team as a Pine Tree Piranha! Season starts in May with 6
regular season swim meets throughout the summer.

The fitness room features some of the latest cardio and weight training
equipment from Life Fitness and Cybex. After a good workout, round of golf or
a few sets of tennis on a hot summer day, why not relax in Pine Tree’s Olympic-
sized swimming pool?

Member Traditions

At Pine Tree, you’ll enjoy unlimited opportunities to spend time with your family
and make new friends. We offer a calendar full of member traditions, social
events, and fun activities to keep our members active and busy all year long.
From holiday celebrations, Daddy Daughter Dances, Family Game Night and
Dive-In Movies at the pool, we are sure to create memories to last a lifetime.

Membership

GOLF MEMBERSHIP

Golf Members plus their spouse and children living at home age 23 and younger, will
enjoy golf, tennis, pool, fitness and clubhouse privieges, cart fee charges do apply.
Golf Members enjoy acess to the Troon Prive Privilege, allowing members discounted
rates to premiere clubs around the world.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

Junior Golf Members are for those 34 and younger. Category is determined by the
oldest in the household. Enjoy full access to golf, tennis, pool, fitness and clubhouse.
Cart fee charges apply. Members enjoy access to the Troon Prive Privilege, allowing
members discounted rates to premiere clubs around the world.

SPORTS MEMBERSHIP

Sports Members, plus their spouse and children living at home age 23 years and
younger, will enjoy restricted golf privileges, along with full tennis, pool, fitness and
clubhouse privileges. Golf is limited to 12 rounds per calendar year. Green fees and
cart fee charges apply per round.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP

Social Member, plus their spouse and children at home age 23 years and younger,
will enjoy clubhouse and pool privileges.

NONRESIDENT MEMBERSHIP

Non-Resident Members are members who do not maintain any place of residence
within a 100-mile radius from the club. Non-Resident Members, plus their spouse and
children living at home age 23 and younger, will enjoy the same benefits as those of a
Full Golf Member.

Private Events

Manicured rolling fairways and spectacular mountain views will provide a stunning
background for your private gatherings and special events.
Not only is our Club known for having one of the most beautiful facilities in the area,
but Pine Tree has emerged as one of the most sought-after venues for hosting a
myriad events including:

Wedding receptions, Fashion Shows, Anniversary Celebrations,
Proms, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Awards Banquets, Holiday Parties,
Rehearsal Dinners, Bridal and Baby Showers, Dinner Dances and
Golf Tournaments.
No matter how elaborate or quaint your special event is, our on-site catering team will
attend to every detail ensuring your guests will have a memorable time.
