Learners practiced online interactives on various properties and characteristics of
Sound, Light and its behavior in Interactives weebly.com. Simultanoeusly they
made interesting notes on their observations using MS One Note Software.

SHADOW-SCRATCH PROJECT

Oakridgers reviewed their learning on
scratch software and its different
coding tools. They created an
animation project on Scratch to show
the changes of shadow with respect
to the different times of a day.They
used background, sprites, and text
and motion blocks to design the
animation project.

MAKEY MAKEY DESIGN PROJECT

Learners started their Design Projects on “Light and
Sound”.They were introduced to the working of Makey-Makey
Kits and how interfacing works.They started developing their
models using various materials like cardboard, charts and
aluminium foils.

MAKEY MAKEY DESIGN PROJECT

Learners understood the different parts of a Makey Makey and
learnt how it allows users to connect everyday objects to
computer programs like scratch. Learners worked in groups and
made project of their choice from “labz.makeymakey.com/” and
scratch software where they created sound / music using Makey
makey and also made a simple LED circuit.
