ASEAN COUNTRY RE-ENGINEERING
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

MIMSB is ready, willing, and able to provide the
necessary assistants to the Government of BRUNEI,
CAMBODIA, INDONESIA, LAOS, MALAYSIA,
MYANMAR, PHILIPPINES, SINGAPORE, THAILAND
and VIETNAM to meet its objective, both in
implementing its Development Master Plan and in
combating the current Global Recession. MIMSB is
proposing to participate and undertake the implementation
of the proposed projects as listed below. MIMSB
participation and interest for this proposal is for the
provision of fund for the projects’ total financial
requirement, the Project Management Consultancy, PMC,
for the physical development of the identified projects; and
the development of the projects proper in the Built,
Operate, and Transfer (BOT) process and procedure
whenever is applicable.
