2023 INTERNATIONAL STUDENT GUIDELINE International Student Process A) BEFORE INTERVIEW (IIC MEDAN) Checklist of complete documents required from students prior to the interview session. English Language Proficiency; a. New Application (Optional) b. Renewal Application (Mandatory) C) VISA APPLICATION AT EMGS (IIC MALAYSIA) Checklist of complete documents required from students for the visa application at EMGS. The checklist is as follows; 1. Passport-sized Photo (JPG Format); a. White Background (Color) b. Photo Dimensions: Height (45mm) and Width (35mm) 2. Passport Copy (PDF Format); a. Passport Must Be Valid for at Least Two (2) Years from the Entry Date to Innovative International College b. All Passport Pages Including the Front Page (Color) c. Ensure Passport Page Numbers Are Clearly Visible 3. Academic Documents; a. Certificate and Transcript (PDF Format) b. Both Original Copies and English Translations If Original Documents Are Not in English Diploma i. MUET: Minimum Band 3; or ii. IELTS: Minimum 4.0; or iii. PTE: Minimum 30; or iv. Equivalent

2023 INTERNATIONAL STUDENT GUIDELINE F) ARRIVAL IN MALAYSIA 1. Reporting to the International Student Office (ISO) a. All new students are required to attend an orientation session for new students; b. Complete required forms. 2. Medical Examination in Malaysia a. Students must undergo a medical screening upon arrival at an EMGS panel clinic; b. Medical examination must be done within 3 days of arriving in Malaysia; c. Obtain a medical acknowledgment slip from the clinic. 3. Submit Passport to the International Student Office (ISO) a. Original Passport with a validity of at least 2 Years b. Valid Single-Entry Visa (SEV) c. Medical Examination acknowledgment slip Report to the Faculty/Center/Program Coordinator and Commence Internship in Industry/Hotel.
