CHICKEN CURRY
INGREDIENTS
● 1 pack instant curry paste (250g)
● 3 peeled potatoes (260g)
● 1kg chicken (drumsticks, thighs or leg quarters and gizzard)
● 1 tablespoon oil
● 2 cups water (500ml)
● 1 box coconut milk (200ml)
● 1 sprig curry leaves, optional

This chicken curry recipe takes 30 minutes from start to finish and it can serves 4 to 6 people
