DESCRIBE THE THINGS THAT BRING ME THE GREATEST HAPPINESS
What is happiness? Happiness is a feeling of pleasure, joy, or wellbeing. People are happy when
they are prosperous, safe, or fortunate. This nation's foundation is the "pursuit of happiness," and
different people experience happiness for various reasons. When something makes individuals
happy, they typically want to do more of it. No one ever say concerns about experiencing
excessive joy. Everybody has a different favourite hobby, but it's critical to increase stress in daily
life. A person will become depressed and cease to believe that life has any purpose if we do not
pursue happiness in it. Because emotions mirror our mood, whether it's a good mood or a poor
mood, they might affect someone's day. Because everyone has distinct likes, they all have unique
ways of being happy.
First, spending time with my family is how
I find my happiness. Family is the closest and
dearest people to me, thus they are the ones
who can relate to me the most when I'm in
problems. Every time, they will work to resolve
the issue and bring me joy. My family always
encouraged me to be motivated and educated
me from a young age. They wanted to make
me a successful person and raised me with a
sense of responsibility. For example, I spend
a lot of time with my family, including every meal. My mother, sister, and I all have dinner together
at the table and chat about our days even when my father is gone on a business trip. We converse
and have fun together instead of watching television. Even if spending time with my parents is not
the most enjoyable activity for a teenager, I believe it is vital. Every time we have a gathering, we
would have a talk whether it is about my mother's day or my dad's profession, I could gain
something new. This situation is what bring me the greatest happiness because I can feel that I
have a good relationship with my family.
Futhermore, every evening , I enjoy playing football with my buddies since it helps
me forget about my troubles and reduces my tension. The advantages of this sport can improve
friendships between people as well as make people healthier and heal dangerous ailments from
the body. In addition, playing football helps me make new friends and allows me to practice my
social and communication skills with others. It is because when we are on the same team, my

friendship with my pals are
getting closer. After that, joining
a football team can improve my
mental health and prevent me
from feeling bored or
depressed. It can also create a
peaceful environment. For
example, in sports, I would be
expected to follow instructions,
obey coaches' commands, and
accept their decisions when participating in sports. In sports, good discipline is valued because
poor discipline carries penalties. I can gain a crucial life skill that would benefit me in both my job
and personal life by listening to the coach and peers. Other than that, sports teach me
sportsmanship. In the majority of journey in our life, there will be a victor and a loser. I can develop
sportsmanship through sports. Instead of feeling totally dejected after a loss, I learn how to accept
and deal with it. I learn via sports that it's acceptable to lose sometimes. It's crucial to get back up
and try again.
Thirdly, more than I can ever express, my friends have been there for me. Every
day, whether it's one of my best friends farewell or when I experience my first heartbreak, they
give me the strength to overcome it. When I'm falling apart, my buddies are the one that help me
to get back up. I have experienced a lot in the brief time I have been on this planet. The good
news is that my buddies are there for me no matter what. While some friends have been more
supportive than others, everyone has contributed in different ways. For instance, the rest of my
pals were there to show me everything when my best friend moved away from us, they reassure
me that everything would be alright. Additionally, I first experienced heartbreak in junior high. I
was so sad and in so much agony for so long that I feared I would never find her replacement.
My buddies proved to me that I was wrong about my belief that I would never succeed. They
assisted me in moving on with my life and gave me hope that I would be alright in the end and
find someone else better. My buddies have my back regardless of how large or little the issue is.
My friends are always there for me, but they also support me in making the best choices when
things are difficult and I want to give up on everything. My buddies are always there to remind me
of the things that are worthwhile. They manage to make me grin again despite the fact that I'm
fighting the urge to just break down and cry. Sincerely, I think that I might not be here or the

person I am right now without my friends. They would never force me to do something I don't want
to do, I also know that. They understand that when I say "no," I really mean "no." True friends
don't force me to do anything I don't want to do. Usually, a person's family is the closest to them,
but in my experience, I feel closer to my friends. Even though my mom and I are quite close, there
are times when it is just much simpler to chat with a girl than my mom. The girl would not be
concerned about what I say, unlike with my mother. My friends always accept me completely as
I am, without any form of criticism. I'm always confident in my friends' ability to listen to me and
offer assistance when I need it and approving of me as I am, regardless of what I say or do
For conclusion, Happiness is
the sensation of having a life that
you are actually enjoying and the
desire to make the most of it. We all
want to be happy, but for many of us,
it's difficult to achieve and even more
difficult to maintain. Happiness can
appear to be just around the corner,
concealed behind next week's
salary, a new job, or a distant rise,
especially in these challenging economic times. You can a small degree of satisfaction with
money alone. A happy life is more about the people we are surrounded by, how we live our lives,
how we spend our time, and how we view ourselves and our experiences in life. Finally, the
antidote to depression comes from spending time with family, playing soccer, and hanging out
with friends.
