Steve Benko (Ebenezer Scrooge)

Steve, Board President of Fairfield Center Stage, is delighted to be
playing this role for the fourth straight year. He has appeared in
dozens of community theater productions in many local venues over
the past decade+. Notable other roles include the mayor in The Music
Man, the wizard in The Wizard of Oz, the father in Hairspray, the
butcher and innkeeper in various productions of Fiddler On the Roof,
the editor in Time Stands Still, and the butler in Noel Coward's
Relative Values. Love to wife Gail and daughters Julie and Allison.

Brian Crook (Ebenezer Scrooge)

Brian has been involved in nearly every production since the founding
of FCS and is so excited to return as the humbug himself, Ebenezer
Scrooge! Recent FCS credits include; All Together Now, FCS Rocks:
Abba Gold, Wit (Director) and FCS Rocks: Songs in the Key of Life
(Vocal Director). He would like to thank his loved ones for their
unrelenting support! Live theatre is BACK!

Sana "Prince" Sarr (Ghost of
Christmas Past)

Prince is happy to be back for his 4th appearance as Ghost of
Christmas Past. He has been featured in several Fairfield Center
Stage productions including Matilda and The Sound of Music. He was
in Camelot, Westport Country Playhouse and in Assassins, Yale
Repertory Theater. He likes to sing and is learning to play the guitar.

Jeffrey Fulton (Ghost of Christmas
Present)

Jeffrey is thrilled to spend the holidays with FCS following October's
production of Mamma Mia! as maybe-baby-daddy Bill Austin. Favorite
roles include Reverend Mother in Nunsense A-Men!, Mr. Bumble
in Oliver! and several other shows with exclamation points in their
titles. Jeff was on air locally for years at STAR 99.9 and 97.5 WZEC in
Vermont. He now works in post production where recent television
projects include Say Yes to the Dress and he's currently overseeing
post at Yahoo!... another exclamation point. Love to his amazing
family, especially his wife Laura and their daughter Harper.

Eric Dino (Ghost of Christmas
Present)

Eric is thrilled to return to this role in A Christmas Carol Experience
with the Fairfield Center Stage family. He has also previously
appeared as Marley's Ghost. Other favorite roles have included
Rocket Girl at the Town Players of New Canaan and Charlie Cowell in
The Music Man with FCS. Thanks Eli, Christy, and Brian and the

Robert Alexander (Ghost of
Christmas Future)

Robert is on his 6th time working with FCS and is reprising his role as
the Ghost of Christmas Future for the third straight year. A newb to the
theater scene Robert brings lots of energy and excitement to each
role.

Walt Matis (Ghost of Christmas
Future)

Walt is thrilled to be part of A Christmas Carol Experience with the
Fairfield Center Stage family, and appreciates the opportunity to be
sharing the role of Ghost of Christmas Future. He sends his love and
thanks for the support to Hsiu-Lan and Samuel!

Peter Haynes (Jacob Marley)

Peter is thrilled to be returning to FCS to rattle his chains once again
with this fantastic cast, crew & staff! Some favorite past performances
include: Proof (Robert), Born Yesterday (Senator Hedges),
Shakespeare in Hollywood (Wil Hayes), Fox on the Fairway (Dickie
Bell), John Loves Mary (General Biddle), Relative Values (Peter
Ingleton) & numerous One Act performances in the area. Joy to his
family: Sam, Delia & Jeff, Homer, and of course, Maureen. Peter
dedicates these shows to his wife, Liz – loved & missed after a
rollicking 35 years.

Kevin Pelkey (Bob Cratchit)

Kevin is excited to be directing his first full production for FCS. Some
of his favorite shows that he has directed are Wait Until Dark,
Assassins, Fox on the Fairway, Sylvia, Doubt and They’re Playing Our
Song. When not in the director's chair he can be found designing sets
for several local theater companies. Kevin would like to thank Christy
and Eli for trusting him to bring this fantastic production to life.

Todd Santa Maria (Bob Cratchit)

Todd has performed, choreographed, and directed with theater groups
all over CT, NY, & MA. Previous acting credits include: Red, The
Importance of Being Earnest, Fully Committed, A Chorus Line, The
Producers, The Little Dog Laughed, The Normal Heart, Peter & the
Starcatcher, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Twilight: Los Angeles 1992,
Corpus Christi, Camelot, Rosencrantz & Gildenstern are Dead, The
Skin of Our Teeth and Tartuffe. Thank you to Kevin, Christy, Eli & Lisa
for bringing me aboard. As always, love to Mom, Dad, Matthew, my
family and friends.

Lisa Dahlstrom (Mrs. Cratchit)

Lisa returns to Fairfield Center Stage after playing Mrs. Wormwood
(Matilda) and Eulalie Shinn (The Music Man). Other favorite roles
include Amy (Company), Addaperle (The Wiz), Eve (Ruthless), and
Lily St. Regis (Annie.) Lisa is speech pathologist when not on stage.

Leslie Uhl (Mrs. Cratchit)

FCS credits: The Secret Garden and Sister Sophia in The Sound of
Music. Leslie is thrilled to be performing again with real life and stage
daughter Amelia. Other credits include Company at Westport
Community Theater and much of the Gilbert and Sullivan canon.
Leslie is active on the local professional choral circuit and is the
soprano soloist at Southport Congregational Church. Outside of
singing, Leslie works in the finance industry and lives in Fairfield with
husband Trevor and kids Carter, Charlie, and Amelia (Belinda
Cratchit).

Ainsley Dahlstrom (Martha Cratchit)

Ainsley's favorite roles with Fairfield Summer Stage include Mary
Lennox (The Secret Garden,) Lavender (Matilda), and Amaryllis
(Music Man). Ainsley has also played Baby June (Gypsy) and Gretyl
(The Sound of Music). Ainsley attends high school and loves singing a
capella and practicing piano.

Ainsley Novin (Martha Cratchit/
Ghost Guide Swing)

Ainsley is thrilled to be continuing the FCS season
following Mamma Mia and Louisa in The Sound of Music. Some past
credits include: Hortensia in Matilda, Elle Woods Legally Blonde
Jr., Fan A Christmas Carol Experience, Barbie Spangles Glitz!, School
for Elves, Eddie 13, Charlotte Hairspray, The Music Man, Barnum,
The Secret Garden, Jesus Christ Superstar. She is a sophomore at
Oxford High School, Project Dance Center dancer and a karate Black

Britton McGrath (Peter Cratchit)

Britton is thrilled to be back for A Christmas Carol Experience. He’s
enjoyed his past roles as Boy Scrooge and Turkey Boy, and is excited
to be part of the Cratchit family this time around. Britt recently
performed in Rockwell Dance Center’s A Winter Ballet at Trumbull
High School. He appreciates the opportunity to work with Fairfield
Center Stage, and the wonderful cast, crew and production staff. He
wishes everyone a very Merry Christmas and a joyful New Year!

Bridget Brennan (Belinda Cratchit)

Bridget is thrilled to be a part of this production. In 2019 she played
Tiny Tim in the Fairfield Center Stage production of A Christmas Carol
Experience and in June of 2021 she played Smee in the Fairfield’s
Pre-Teen Players’ production of Peter Pan Jr. She is looking forward
to many more years on the stage!

Amelia Uhl (Belinda Cratchit)

Amelia, a Fairfield resident, made her debut with FCS this summer as
Gretl in The Sound of Music performing alongside her mom! Amelia is
7 years old and is a second grader at Roger Sherman Elementary
School. She plays soccer and basketball, sings in her church choir
and studies piano. Much love to her parents and older brothers Carter
and Charlie.

CJ Newsom (Tiny Tim)

CJ is excited to be doing A Christmas Carol for his fourth year. This is
his second year as Tiny Tim. This is his fourteenth show. Some
favorites include Sebastian in The Little Mermaid Jr, Sven in Frozen
Jr and Perceval in Lord of the Flies at Ludlowe High School. CJ is a
second grader and loves to play video games, play with his little sister
Melody, dance, and read. Love to Mom, Dad, Melody. “Thanks to
Todd and Kevin for carrying me around.”

Suraya Noonan (Tiny Tim)

Suraya, age 8, has been a dedicated member of FCS since the age of
5 and this is her third year performing as Tiny Tim. Born in London,
England Suraya moved to Connecticut in 2018 and welcomes any
opportunity to use her native accent. Over the last year, highlights for
Suraya have been playing Perceval in Lord of the Flies, multiple roles
in Little Mermaid Jr. and she was the youngest member to participate
in this year’s Play-a-thon. An avid reader and writer, Suraya spends
her spare time in her playroom/theatre room putting on endless
performances and encouraging her little sister to take part.

Marcy Sansolo (Stocks)

Being back in the Fairfield Center Stage community is like a big covid
free hug for Marcy. She wishes each and everyone of you reading this
a happy and healthy holiday season and a joyous new year. She
encourages you to always support local artists. And to remember that
where words fail, music speaks.

Marcelle Morrisey (Bonds/ Lily's
Sister/ Carol Singer Alto)

Marcelle is thrilled to be in the cast. She is a teacher in Bridgeport and
also likes to direct and teach theatre in her free time. Some of her
previous credits include; Mamma Mia (Lisa/Sophie U/S), Sound of
Music (Ensemble), Rent (Maureen Johnson), Godspell (Day By Day),
Seussical The Musical (Cat In The Hat), Grease (Jan), and many
others. She would like to thank everyone who was involved in this

Brodey Ott (Topper/Young
Scrooge/ Pettifogger Joe)

Brodey is an actor from Stratford. Fairfield Center Stage Credits: Wit,
and the annual Playathon (2020 and 2021). Theatre: The Burning of
Fairfield (Will), Shakespeare's The Tempest (King Alonso), Dancing at
Lughnasa (Michael / Father Jack u/s), and Spamalot (Sir Galahad /

Garth is excited to be back for his 4th year with FCS A Christmas
Carol Experience as Fred Scrooge while also tackling the role of
Young Scrooge. Such a wonderful experience to be a part of the each

Monique Castillo (Lily)

Monique is excited for her first Christmas Carol Experience! Favorite
credits: Ali in Mamma Mia (FCS), Anne de Bourgh in Miss Bennet:

Liz Graham (Lily)

Liz is pleased as punch to return to the stage in her first FCS
production. She recently operated light board for Little Theatre of
Manchester's Songs for a New World (2021) and performed vocals
with New Haven Jazz Underground. Liz appeared as Luisa Bellomy in
Arts at Angeloria's The Fantasticks (2018), Janet Weiss in Summer
Orlando's Rocky Horror Show (2017), and Anna Leonowens in
Meriden Youth Theatre's King & I (2016). She'll star in Eastbound
Theatre's One Slight Hitch (Feb 2022), directed by Kevin Pelkey in
Milford. Thanks to the magical team of ACC - happy holidays!

Cathy Cordaro (Mrs. Dilber)

Cathy is thrilled to be working with FCS again after playing Mrs. Paroo
in The Music Man. Other favorite roles include Beatrice in A View from
the Bridge, Ruth in Calendar Girls and Elinor Glyn in The Cat’s Meow.
Grateful to be a part of this wonderful production. Wishing a happy
and healthy Holiday Season to all.

Mia Tommins (Belle)

Mia is so excited to be back performing with Fairfield Center Stage
and reunited with her theater family after being away for four years at
school! Mia graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University in
May where she majored in journalism and minored in psychology.
After assistant stage managing Mamma Mia! and performing in
Fairfield Center Stage’s annual benefit concert All Together Now! Mia
is so honored to be playing the role of Belle this holiday season.
Thank you to Kevin, Christy, Lindsay, and Eli, and happy holidays to
all!

Nikki Adorante (Fan)

Nikki is excited to return to this festive show having previously played
the role of Turkey Boy for three years! Other favorites have included
The Sound of Music (Brigitta), Matilda (title role), The Secret Garden
(Mary Lennox), and The Music Man (Gracie Shinn) with Fairfield
Center Stage, as well as Godspell and Evita with ACT of CT. Nikki

Sophie Pennock Collins (Fan/ Ghost
Guide Swing)

Sophie is always happy to work with FCS! This is her 3rd year
performing in A Christmas Carol Experience, and her first year as a
ghost guide. Some of her favorite roles include Veruca Salt in Willy
Wonka, Brooke Wyndam in Legally Blonde, and Mrs. Banks in Mary
Poppins. She would like to thank her moms for their love and support.

Benjamin Brennan (Mr. Fezziwig/
Carol Singer)

Ben is thrilled to be returning for his third year in this production! Past
credits include BMA’s production of Newsies (Warden Snyder and
Bunsen). Hingham Civic Music Theatre's production of Young
Frankenstein (Inspector Kemp) and King Richard's Faire (Barrister
Phineas McTavish). Ben dedicates this performance to his family in
Connecticut, especially his wife, Rachael, and his daughter, Bridget. "I
love you both more than I can say!"

Marnie Kruse (Mrs. Fezziwig/ Carol
Singer Soprano)

Marnie is thrilled to return to FCS's Christmas Carol Experience,
having performed every year since the show's 2018 inception, though
this is her first as Mrs. Fezziwig. Other recent FCS credits include
Mamma Mia and Matilda. Offstage, Marnie might be found singing
with her a cappella group Harmony On The Sound, directing the
Cherub Choir at Southport Congregational Church, or teaching
preschoolers at Trumbull Early Childhood Education Center in
Trumbull. Marnie would like to thank this amazing cast and production
team for "coming and making our lives merry!" Much love always to
the rest of K-5!!

Ella Magnuson (Miss Fezziwig)

Ella is thrilled to perform in her second production of A Christmas
Carol with Fairfield Center Stage. She attends the University of
Denver as a first year communication studies student. She sings in the
Lamont Women’s Chorus and is in the DU Dance Club. Recently, she
choreographed (and was in) The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling
Bee and A Midsummer Night's Dream, both for FLHS. Last summer,
for the Fairfield Summer Stage, she choreographed Getting to Know…
Footloose. She would like to thank the cast and crew for making this a
wonderful Christmas Carol experience!

Muhammad Sarr (Turkey Boy)

Ali is excited to be back as "Turkey Boy." He has appeared in
previous productions as Want and Boy Scrooge. He was also in
Fairfield Center Stage's The Sound of Music this summer. He is happy
to share the stage with older brother Prince once more. Ali loves to
play soccer and is learning to play the saxophone.

Liam West (Want)

Liam is super happy to be back on stage as Want in this years FCS
Christmas Carol Experience. This is Liam's second production with
FCS with his first being Moana Jr. Liam considers himself a Roblox
champion and lover of spicy chips. Merry Christmas everyone!

Emery Holden (Ignorance)

Emery is excited to once again perform with FCS! A few of her favorite
FCS things are playing Gretl Von Trapp in the 2021 Sound of
Music summer production and “revolting” in the Littles Ensemble
during the 2019 Matilda Fall production. She is thrilled to reprise her
Christmas Carol Experience role in this beautiful new venue. When
she’s not bringing us figgy pudding, Emery is hard at work attending
2nd grade in Fairfield. She enjoys story-telling, building and creating,
Girl Scouts and playing sports. Emery sends love to Mommy, Daddy,
Ryann and all her grandparents and pals.

Gillian Applebaum (Carol Singer
Soprano/ Fezziwig Dancer)

Gillian Applebaum is so excited to be in her first in person production
of A Christmas Carol Experience. She was able to perform as a
dancer at Fezziwig's party virtually last year and is excited to be a
Fezziwig dancer again this year, as well as a Caroler. Gillian has
truly enjoyed working with the cast and seeing such a creative
production come together.

Ken Skjeveland (Carol Singer Bass)

Ken is excited to be returning as a caroler for this production of A
Christmas Carol Experience. He has performed in many community
theater shows in CT and NY. He also performs locally with his band
the Uninvited. Kenneth would like to thank his family for their love and
support.

Emily Seanor (Ghost Guide)

Emily is filled with Christmas cheer to be back in A Christmas Carol.
This is her 4th year as a ghost guide and she is back to spread some
Christmas magic! Most recently in her school musical as a Silly Girl in
Beauty and the Beast. Previous roles include Mike in Newsies,
Ensemble/Dance Captain in Matilda. Enjoy the show and Happy
Holidays!!

Genevieve Seanor (Ghost Guide)

Genevieve is so excited to be in A Christmas Carol Experience for the
fourth year in a row! You may have seen Genevieve with FCS in
Barnum, Matilda, The Music Man, and Mamma Mia, all with featured
dancing roles! Genevieve is so grateful for this opportunity and excited
for you all to see this amazing production! Thank you to Christy, Eli,
Lindsay, Clay, and Kevin for all their hard work and support! Merry

Jennifer Faccenda (Ghost Guide)

Jennifer is excited to be back performing with Fairfield Center Stage.
Jennifer was last seen in FCS’s Mamma Mia (Ensemble) and The
Sound of Music (Ensemble). Jennifer graduated from Manhattanville
College in 2018 with a BFA in Musical Theater and since then has
performed in a variety of shows around Connecticut. Her favorite
shows have been Footloose (Rusty), Something Rotten (Ensemble)
and Hairspray (Brenda). Jennifer would like to thank her parents,
fiancé Kevin, her brothers, family members and friends for their
endless support!

McNeil Johnston (Violin Player)

Having originated the role of Schrödinger, the Ghost/Live Fiddler, Mac
Johnston is beside himself to once again shuffle off the mortal coil
making mysterious musical moments in this season's Christmas Carol
Experience. Mac's served as violinist in FCS pits since long before
there was a FCS, and is always honored to make music alongside the
brilliant casts, directors, and crews of their many memorable
productions.

PRODUCTION CREW

Christy McIntosh-Newsom Artistic Director / Adaptation

Christy is so happy to be home for the holidays with her CHRISTMAS CAROL family! This is
always one of her favorite events of the season, so she is so grateful to be able to share it with
live audiences again after being virtual last year. In addition to directing for FCS (some highlights
include Mamma Mia, The Sound of Music, Barnum, The Music Man, and Matilda), she is also the
Drama Director at Fairfield Ludlowe High School, runs the the FCS summer musical theatre
program- Fairfield Summer Stage, and is a voice and audition coach, with students working
everywhere from Broadway and National Tours to their local school shows. Proudest wife to Eli
and mama to Melody and CJ, who is playing Tiny Tim at select performances.

Eli Newsom Executive Producer

Along with running the day-to-day operations for Fairfield Center Stage, Eli staffs and supports all
of the production teams throughout the season. He is the former Producing Artistic Director of
both Downtown Cabaret Main Stage Theatre (2015-18) and Bridgeport Theatre Company
(2010-15), where he produced approximately 40 shows. He served as Director at Fairfield Teen
Theatre for seven years, and he works as a Music Director for various Fairfield County school
productions throughout the year. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, after many years in
non-profit and professional theatre as a singer/actor/dancer, he eventually discovered he much
prefers directing and producing. Eli is a proud resident of downtown Fairfield with his wife Christy
(also FCS Artistic Director!), kids CJ and Melody, and dogs Abby and Fozzie Bear.

Clay Zambo New Music and Lyrics, Arragements, and Music Director

Clay is thrilled and grateful to be part of the FCS family. His work as composer-lyricist
includes Vows, Windjammers, and two recent premieres: the ballet Blue in La Jolla, and the
musical Mahalo Island in Brooklyn. As conductor and musician, his shows include Cinderella, The
Sound of Music, Barnum, Something Rotten, Hunchback, Phantom, A Chorus Line, The Music
Man, Matilda and many, many Mamma Mias. Outside FCS, he teaches at the University of
Hartford, and is a runner and a pretty good cook.

Lindsay Johnson Choreographer

Lindsay is reprising her role for the fourth rendition of this unique and moving production that is
becoming a Fairfield tradition! Choreography credits include Fiddler on the Roof, Hairspray, and
The Hunchback of Notre Dame with DCT, The Great Gatsby at Fairfield Ludlowe High School,
Cabaret, and The Sound of Music with FCS. Lindsay is a proud mother of three and an
occupational therapist, a profession where science and the arts intersect. This year, she is
especially grateful for the return of live theatre – it is a gift from Past, Present, and Future. Love to
D, C, P & Q!

Nick Kuell Stage Manager

Nick is very happy to be Stage Managing A Christmas Carol Experience! Previous stage
management credits include The Sound of Music, Dreamgirls, and Hedwig and the Angry Inch, all
with Fairfield Center Stage. When not Stage Managing, he performs! And when doing neither of
those things he teaches English to High Schoolers. Thanks so much for coming to see the show!

Jessica Camarero Costume Designer

Jessica received her training at Housatonic Community College and Western Connecticut State
University. Previous credits include Hair, American Idiot, In The Heights, The Hunchback of Notre
Dame, Jesus Christ Superstar, Priscilla Queen of The Desert, Hedwig and The Angry Inch,
Cabaret and The Three Sisters at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Don Rowe Lighting Designer

Don is thrilled to be working live theater again!! And he’s also happy to be back in Connecticut
again; Texas just isn’t for him y’all. He is very excited to see where this season with FCS takes
him. Adventures abound in live community theater. Lookout for the next MacGruber contraption!

Brian Bish Media Manager

Brian is honored to be a part of the Fairfield Center Stage team and is excited for our return to live
theatre! Favorite productions with this creative team include The Wedding Singer, American
Idiot, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Barnum. Much love to Jack!
