Dela Rosa, CESO V received the plaque of commendation for a drug-free workplace for the DILG Ilocos Sur Provincial Office during the 2023 Regional Awarding Ceremony held at the La Union Convention Center, Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union on November 24, 2023. Marking 18 years of service in the DILG, PD Dela Rosa's appointment to CESO V highlights his outstanding commitment to leadership and excellence. This upscale comes as no surprise to those familiar with PD Dela Rosa's outstanding track record. In 2018, he received the prestigious Dangal ng Kagawaran (People’s Choice) Capacity Development Awards for Catalysts of Excellence by the DILG and Local Government Academy (LGA), a recognition of his exceptional contributions to the Department. TPM CONDUCTS INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF CY 2022 SBDP PROJECTS The Local Government Suppor t Fund- Suppor t to Barangay Development Program ( LGSF- SBDP) i s on of the pr ior ity of the government to lead development and delivery of services to the far flung barangays that were affected by local- armed conflict s and insurgency. For the FY 2022, in Ilocos Sur there are 25 barangays in 11 municipalities under the SBDP. A total of 43 development project s were int roduced to these areas including concreting of farm-to-market roads , cons t ruction of health s tations , school building and potable water sys tem. The thi rd par ty monitor ing team was deployed to conduct an independent evaluation on the project s . The thi rd par ty monitor ing for the SBDP project s in Ilocos Sur was conducted on October 13-27 ,2023. The team conducted field survey, data collection dialogue with the beneficiar ies and al so a focus group di scus s ion. The group was as s i s ted by the field per sonnel f rom the Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU) of DI LG R1, Project Development and Management Section Staff, City/ Municipal Local Operations Officer and Municipal Per sonnel dur ing the said activity. 26 / 33
