Our culinary saga dates to 2003 when Nalanda
restaurant management set a team of chefs par excellence
from different regions of India famed for culinary excellence.
Years of experiments by these erudite chefs in the field of
cuisines culminated into formulating Liberty food’s secret
recipes, the best recipes using locally available rare ingredients.
The region-specific dishes are prepared by chefs of that region
which enable us to retain the authenticity and recreate the
magic time and again.
Nalanda has perfected the style of North Indian cooking where
food is cooked by adept chefs using exotic spices collected and
processed in a traditional way trapping all the natural flavours
inside, resulting in fragrantly delicious dishes. The exquisite
aroma, effervescent flavours and presence of exotic ingredients
is all set to give you the out of the world experience.
Our biryani dishes made by finicky chefs with premium quality
ingredients will be bursting with flavour from the potent array
of spices, herbs and aromatics it’s marinated in. The sight of
fluffy rice and the captivating smell of pure ghee emanating
from it will be relished by all food lovers.
Our South Indian dishes include a myriad array of Kerala style
non-veg and veg curries which are cooked in coconut milk to
Chettinad style veg curries and non-veg curries which are spicy
and flavoursome.
