INSPECTIONS / EVALUATIONS

Our goal in inspecting and evaluating properties and relevant structures is to
examine the sustainability and functionality of the structure, and to determine
whether the structure meets all relevant codes of compliance.

We provide structural inspection and / or evaluation services for buildings, highways and streets, sewer
and water systems, dams and bridges. When structural codes of compliance are met, we provide
structural documentation and verification. This service is useful to insurance companies, as well as to
property owners and managers. If codes of compliance are not met, we will provide solutions that will
bring the structure within commercial, civil or residential guidelines and regulations.

We provide inspection and evaluation services for electrical, heating, ventilation,
air-conditioning, and refrigeration and plumbing systems, as well. It’s extremely
important that these systems operate properly and efficiently in order to insure
the overall functionality of the building. Our inspections help to prevent crises
such as water damage, electrical fires, rust, deterioration and many other
hazardous events. In the event that a building or structure has been
damaged or is failing otherwise, our inspection services can be used to
determine the cause and to determine the strongest and most cost-
effective path to resolution.

Commercial Work

• Rockefeller Center NBC, Tishman.
12th floor setback. This project involved the inspection and repair
design recommendations for the waterproofing and exterior
envelope repairs to the exterior plaza on the 12th floor of the 30
Rockefeller Building.

• Ace Hotel 29th Street
This project involved the installation of an exterior fuel line with
rated masonry brick enclosure on the courtyard side of the Ace
Hotel. Included the onsite installation and pull testing of epoxy set
Hilti bolts in the multi-wythe brick wall.

• Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts - 57th street-Exterior façade
inspection.
