3. Once you have your TARGET UNITS for inspection from this list of “for 2nd Bidding” properties, VISIT and
INSPECT as many properties as possible for you to have good/variety of options (read/follow: House
Inspection 101).

4. After you have inspected your TARGET LIST and have already came up with the your most preferred
units based from the outcome of the inspection, set your mindset and fix your schedule that you should
be at the PAGIBIG OFFICE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE AM on our BIGDATES starting on SEPTEMBER 25
(and/or SEP 28 and so on [following TUES& FRIDAYS] as needed) for the Reservation. (read: The Process)

5. In case you came in too early at the PAGIBIG office on the BIG date and PAGIBIG hasn’t yet updated
their website, just wait inside the office and regularly ask the Officers if the updates are in.
Once the updated list from the second bidding is IN (hopefully including your targets units), RESERVE the
units and the Officers can now process your reservation for the unit/s you wish to buy and the next thing
you’ll know is that you are now inches closer to becoming a future HOMEOWNER as you will then be
holding a CONFIRMATION OF SALE document stating that the unit is now reserved under your name!

(NOTICE: If in case PAGIBIG failed to update the list for NEGOTIATED SALE (which includes the
batch that we are expecting) on a particular BIG DATE (SEP 25 in this case), expect that they will
UPDATE that list on the next “update day” (SEP 28 and succeeding update days either next TUES OR
FRI) following our set BIG DATE/s. If this happens, be sure to be there again at the PAGIBIG OFFICE
on that next “BIGDATE” doing the same process above. Worst case, if still PAGIBIG did not do their
work efficiently and has not updated the list on that second BIG DATE, you have to go back again
the next “update day” (now OCT 2 and so on) until such time that they update the list accordingly.
UPDATE: In our most recent BIG DATE, PAGIBIG updated the list exactly on the FIRST set BIG DATE.
