BIBLE READINGS

1 Corinthians 13:1-8 (NIV)
1. If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have

love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
2. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries
and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move

mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
3. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body
to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain
nothing. 4. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does

not boast, it is not proud.
5. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not

easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always

perseveres.
8. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will
cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where

there is knowledge, it will pass away.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
9. Two are better than one, because they have a good return

for their labour:
10. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But

pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.
11. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how

can one keep warm alone?
12. Though one may be overpowered, two can defend

themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

HYMN

O Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy Hands have made

I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder
Thy power throughout the universe displayed

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

And when I think of God, His Son not sparing
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in

That on the Cross, my burden gladly bearing
He bled and died to take away my sin

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And lead me home, what joy shall fill my heart
Then I shall bow with humble adoration
And then proclaim, my God, how great Thou art

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee
How great Thou art, how great Thou art

Thank you so much for celebrating with us today.

Thank
you

God bless you,
