TMV
TMV stands for thermostatic mixing valve. These specialist valves are designed
to ensure the flow of water from an outlet fitted with one cannot become too hot.

TMV2
A TMV2 fitting is designed for use in a domestic environment.
They work with water pressures of between 0.1 bar and 5 bar,
and are ideal for use in households and other domestic settings.

TMV3
T MV3 fittings have been specifically designed for use in healthcare environments.
Hospitals, care homes, and other similar settings must use these; installing
TMV2 valves would not suffice. TMV3 fittings are also designed to work
with much higher water pressures, from 0.2 bar to 10 bar.

COOL TOUCH
Cool touch’ version ensures that the metal valve body does not get warm
to the touch, unlike conventional bar mixer showers. With cool touch,
the cold supply runs across the valve before being ‘mixed’ to ensure
added showering comfort and safety for children when showering.

ANTI-LIMESCALE
One of the key issues is that limescale can build up around ‘hot spots’ within the showering
system. To eliminate this issue, Anti-Limescale technology works by lengthening the
heating elements as well as widening the gaps between the coils. This means that the
heating tank runs at a consistent temperature throughout, eliminating the chance for
‘hot spots’ and the build-up of limescale.
