Duck spring roll

Crispy five spiced shredded duck confit with cabbage
and sweet corn, served with orange-plum sauce.

Chicken satay

Char-grilled on skewers, served with
warm peanut sauce and lightly pickled vegetables.

Spiced fish cake

A classic recipe of red curry flavoured fish
and spices, gently kneaded and fried to perfection,
served with peanut and cucumber dipping sauce.

Spicy beef salad

Slices of flame charred beef in mixed salad leaves
with light lime and chilli dressing.

Lamb shank massaman

Coconut milk braised lamb and potatoes in a mild homemade curry
of warm spices. Garnised with almonds and beetroot pickled onion.

Seabass sweet chilli sauce

Lightly battered seabass glazed with sweet-chilli sauce.

Prawn cashew nuts

Stir-fried prawns with cashew nuts, chestnuts,
mushroom and spring onion.

Assorted local vegetables
