3 TRAVEL INFO AND WHAT TO BRING • The nearest train station is Bedford (direct train from London Bridge and St Pancras) then it’s an 8-minute taxi to Milton House. • 10-12 cars can fit in the car park, but there are no electric car chargers (and you can’t use the house electricity either) so please find a nearby charging port instead. • B-Y-O-B!! The nearest supermarkets are in Bedford (a big Sainsburys is a 5- minute drive - MK41 7PJ). • I will arrange meals and supply coffee/ tea/ milk but do bring your own herbal teas or vegan milks if you want them! (I will be asking for a small donation towards food once I’ve priced it up, but it won’t be much.) • Bring your best goggles as there’s a pool / jacuzzi. • There will be one towel provided per person. • Bring hiking gear – inc. waterproof jackets/ walking boots if it’s wet. • Pack a costume for murder mystery! The theme is disco (but no glitter please – It’s not only shit for the environment but would seriously hamper my prospects of getting my damage deposit back)!
4 HOUSE RULES Sorry to be a square but I would quite like to see the £1500(!) I paid in damage deposit again… (1) If you spill anything, wipe it up. LWP will have cleaning stuff or can nip to Sainos in case of emergency. (2) There are some cameras outside the property which record decibel levels (but not other sound) so: a. Keep it down after 10pm outside please! b. Keep windows closed after 10pm if playing music. c. Please only smoke in the designated outside smoking area and obviously not inside - it’s not the 80s. d. Don’t do anything outside that you wouldn’t want to be caught on camera! (3) Pool / Jacuzzi: a. No glass in the pool / jacuzzi. b. Let LWP know if water is not completely clear as we need to get the maintenance man to have a look at it. c. No funny business!! (4) Only use the Bluetooth speakers provided. (5) No swimming in the pond or else you’ll be swimming with the fishes, so to speak. (6) No glitter or confetti. (7) Empty all rubbish into outside bins and bring down any dirty cups or plates before you leave.

Let me know if you have any other allergies!!)
