1.หลังจำกไดร้ ับกำรยนื ยนั กำรสง่ั ซอื้ จะสง่ เอกสำรตอบรับกำรสงั่ ซอ้ื และเอกสำรเมนูกำรใชง้ ำนโปรแกรมภำยใน 7-10 วนั
2.หลังจำกไดร้ ับกำรยนื ยนั เมนูใชง้ ำนโปรแกรมเรยี บรอ้ ยแลว้ จะสง่ เอกสำร Layout หนำ้ ตำโปรแกรมและรำยงำนใหย้ นื ยนั ภำยใน 15 - 20 วัน
3.หลังจำกไดร้ ับกำรยนื ยัน Layout หนำ้ ตำโปรแกรมเรยี ยรอ้ ยแลว้ จะเขำ้ ดำเนนิ กำรทดสอบกำรใชง้ ำนจรงิ ทหี่ นำ้ งำนลกู คำ้ ภำยใน 30 - 45 วนั
4.หลงั จำกทดสอบขอ้ มลู จรงิ ทหี นำ้ งำนแลว้ ลกู คำ้ ตอ้ งสง่ ขอ้ มลู กำรปรับแกก้ ลบั ภำยใน 3 - 5 วัน
5.ถำ้ ไมม่ กี ำรปรับแกจ้ ะเขำ้ ดำเนนิ กำรตดิ ตัง้ และปิดงำนภำยใน 7 วัน
