It's now already more than 100 days since QR CCO Dr. Hugh Dunleavy pronounced the go-live of a
trial phase of Yammer. Since then colleagues from 2 of our locations together with other colleagues
from various areas across the globe are joining, testing, posting pictures and messages, voting,
communicating, uploading files, tagging, creating groups, joining groups, asking questions, answer-
ing questions... and much more.

The following are the new features that have been incorporated into qmiles.com and released to
the public. These new features are aimed at enhancing ease of use and improving us-
ers’ (members’) overall online experience.
Redesign of the Privilege Club homepage (Look and feel in line with the recent changes to
qatarair-ways.com)
New online booking flow – This new functionality allows members to switch between a rev-
enue and redemption booking with a convenient “toggle” option during an online booking pro-
cess.
Book now, pay later (on-hold booking) feature: This feature allows members additional
time to make a redemption booking and return at a specified time limit to complete the ticket-
ing process.
