The environment provides us with life sustaining resources and it is essential to preserve and protect them . It is a home for many living species and maintains the balance of eco system . There are many threat to the environment such as deforestation and pollution. The first World Environment Day was celebrated in 1974 in USA. The environment keeps us healthy and we should plant more trees , we should decrease deforestation and global warming. So keep environment safe and healthy. K. By:V.Thushithaa 9 'B' Sombu Once upon a time in a village there lived a man named Sombu he was an unemployed. His wife used to complaint him to go to work so. At the same time he eas searching a job The police station got a information that the village jewellery shop owner's Diamond ring will be stolen by the thief. The thief was Sombu joined him to steel but he was lazy guy. At the night they saw them while going inside. Sombu's brother was a cop he saw him and told it's my brother he will help us in this case. While comming outside Sombu can't carry tge huge bag so he dropped it down by mistake and then the police got the thiefs. On the other day Simbu eas going into the forest for cutting wood and he forgot the way. The cops were searching a group of terrorist. They saw Sombu at the forest. The cops said that he will inform us when to come we will wait it that time. While Simbu gone into a cave there the terrorist was there they saw Sombu and cought him and he was been tied to a chair and the police saw him going him inside the cave and gone inside to arrest the terrorist. After arresting them Sombu was given a medal for Catching the thief and whole village was proud of him. But the actual truth even Sombu don't know that he did this thing.
