PREFACE

Fact finding is one of the most important elements of the "Library Skills" subject. The
assignment was given by Mr. Mohd Zaihan Bin Hussin at UiTM Puncak Perdana, Shah
Alam. It is the discovery stage in an investigation where information is obtained using
tools such as questionnaires, verified and embedded in reports. The focus of this
assignment is to help students become information professionals in the future.

ABSTRACT

Fact finding is handle of collection of information and data based on techniques which
contain testing of existing records, investigate, perception, questionnaires, interviews
and prototyping. The purpose of this assignment is to help us in improving our facts
finding skills. This assignment also let us know the question and topics that are not
fully related in this field which it provides us very useful knowledge such as in the field
of Economic, Entertainment, History, Medic and Physics.

and mainly responsible for completing our work. His timely advice and scientific
approach have helped us to very great extend to accomplish this task.
