• 7.05 oz self-raising flour
BISCOFF • 5.3 oz sugar
• 11 tbsp vegetable oil, such as corn

oil or grapeseed oil
• 8 tbsp milk
• 5 eggs
• 4.2 oz Lotus Biscoff cookies
• 2 apples

• Preheat the oven to 390° F.

• Mix together the flour, 3.5 oz sugar,
7 tbsp oil, the milk, 3 eggs and 8
finely ground Biscoff.

• Pour this mixture into a greased and
floured baking tin.

• Peel the apples and discard the
core. Cut the apples first into
quarters and then into thin slices.

• Crumble the remaining 7 Biscoff
over the mixture and arrange the
apples on top.

• Mix together the remaining
4 tbsp oil, 1.8 oz sugar and 2
eggs. Pour this mixture over the
apples, making sure that they are
completely covered.

• Bake the cake in the oven for
20 to 25 minutes.
