Great to speak to you today and hear all about your wedding plans for
this year. We are glad you have decided to look at a planner for your day,
your butterflies should be about excitement and anticipation of the
amazing evening, everything else leave to us!
As discussed we have prepared a bespoke package for your civil
wedding reception.
Please review the proposed services and fees carefully, as well as the
terms and conditions for booking. Here if you have any questions.

Your Proposal - Bespoke Event Delivery

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose the following
for your civil wedding. On the following pages we have included a
broken-down list of the services included and that we feel will address
all of your requirements on the day, and leading up to.

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and
return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be included in our
terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.
