Dear Pareena & Satnam

Thank you for considering us for your wedding, it was lovely to speak to
you earlier and hear all about your plans. We would be honoured to
assist you and create a unique experience for you both, your families
and guests.
You have already chosen a great venue and caterer for your reception,
we have lots of ideas which are flowing to add to this team, but also the
right suppliers for the rest of the events. Really build that story from your
first event to the reception and end with a bang!
We feel very strongly about the chemistry that needs to be present
between us, and I really enjoyed our conversation, we always aim to
help and support, and so hopefully that was how you felt too.
On the following pages you will find a proposal for a bespoke complete
planning package.

Your Proposal:
Bespoke Complete Wedding Planning

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose the following
bespoke planning service. Below we have included a broken-down list of
the services that we feel will address all of your requirements on the
wedding days, and the events that lead up to it.

Complete Wedding Planning
£5,549

Includes full planning for all events; Pre Wedding Prayers, Mendhi, Gudwara &
Reception

Co-Ordination for Mendhi, Gudwara & Reception.

Option: Co-Ordination for pre-wedding prayers - £749

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50%
deposit and return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be
included in our terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem
necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

outline a budget and story design for
your events. You already have a
fantastic plan laid out so the next step
