Dear Trishna & Riken

Thank you for taking the time to speak to us on Saturday night. We
spent the rest of the evening talking about what we could do for you
and excited about working with you. We feel very strongly about the
chemistry that needs to be present between us and we felt this was
there, hope you also felt the same.

Sadly, we know the pains of having to go through the planning process
numerous times, but you are on the home stretch now and you have
already chosen amazing suppliers who are professional and always
delivery beautifully.

For the rest, as mentioned we have great connections for the rest of
your requirements, we will work with you to ensure the budget is
managed careful without compromise, by that we mean ensure Sid is
part of the team 

As well as bringing the joy back your wedding planning we will ease any
concerns around the day itself. Your butterflies should be about
excitement and anticipation, everything else leave to us! In particular
ensuring your family are enjoying every minute of the day with you too,
its so important and a big part of what we can offer you both.

As discussed we have prepared a bespoke package for your Hindu
wedding and reception. Please review the proposed services and fees
carefully, as well as the terms and conditions for booking. Here if you

Your Proposal: Bespoke Planning

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose the following
for bespoke panning service. On the following pages we have included
a broken-down list of the services included and that we feel will
address all of your requirements on the day, and leading up to.

Bespoke Planning
Indian Wedding & Reception

£3,200

(Normally £3,980)

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and
return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be included in our
terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

Services Breakdown

Following the initial consultation, we will outline a budget and story design for your
day. We will investigate options for suppliers to deliver a high quality service,
matching your needs and within budget, using our experience of wedding delivery.
Below covers the scope of services that we will be delivering for you, in essence we
are flexible in our approach and work to your drum beat and your needs:

• Onboard from contract sign • Contract management and negotiations

• Design of complete wedding • Payment schedule

• Source all remaining suppliers • Day itinerary planning

• Attend site visits & supplier meetings • Unlimited access 24/7 to T&J Team

• Full on the day coordination

Your Proposal: Bespoke Planning

Meetings:

a two hour consultation after
booking

- To get to know each other a
lot better and help us get every
detail of your vision. Review
your budget breakdown and
ensure the focus is on the right
elements.

planning meetings

- We suggest a meeting every
3-4 weeks but are flexile on this
and work to your rhythm. At
each of these sessions we
would look to present options,
aid decision making and
mitigate any concerns.

venue visits

- An initial site visit, follow up
and then a final walk through.
Here we will look to ensure all
the important aspects of your
venue are covered and that it
meets your criteria for your plan.

supplier meetings

- Virtually or in person where
possible, this would include as a
minimum venue, catering and
décor. Here you can take
advantage of our experience
and ensure that your suppliers
are delivering to your needs.

T&J Engagement:
- On the day – arrival from venue open (estimated 8am), depart once delivery of

services complete (estimated 11pm) – 15 hours
- Excluding initial design meeting, each meeting will be 1 hour with set agenda and

action log
- T&J Team available via whatsapp group for sharing inspiration and questions etc.
