We are glad you have decided to look at a planner for your wedding
days, your butterflies should be about excitement and anticipation of the
amazing events, everything else leave to us!
As discussed we have prepared an on the day co-ordination proposal,
full wedding planning and on the day co-ordination plus venue search.
Please review the proposed services and fees carefully, as well as the
terms and conditions for booking. Here if you have any questions.

Your Proposal: On the Day Co-Ordination

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose the following
for on the day co-ordination. On the following pages we have included
a broken-down list of the services included and that we feel will
address all of your requirements on the day, and leading up to.

On The Day Co-Ordination
Civil Wedding and Reception

£1,980

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and
return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be included in our
terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

Services Breakdown

We would look to engage with you
around 4 weeks before your event. It
is really important for us to know
exactly how you vision your day to
be.

Our job will be to advocate for you
and ensure the day runs more than
smoothly.

Below covers the scope of services
that we will be delivering for you:

• Onboarding 4 weeks prior to
wedding

• Day itinerary planning
• One pre-meeting to review

suppliers and itinerary
• Access to T&J Team from

onboarding
• Final supplier booking and

communications
• Full on the day coordination for

both events
• Two senior planners
