Dear Veenali & Deep

Great to speak to you and hear all about your wedding plans for July
next year. You have done so much work in preparation for your wedding
and we are sure have chosen some amazing suppliers who will no
doubt deliver a beautiful wedding for you both.

We are so glad you have decided to look at a planner for your day, its
hard to let go of control especially when you have spent so much time
planning and designing each element, but rest assured we will very
much work with you in the lead up and be there for you on the day. Your
butterflies should be about excitement and anticipation, everything else
leave to us!

We couldn’t agree with you more when you said you want to ensure the
day runs to time and we are here to remove that stress from you. Its
also key that your family are enjoying every minute of the day with you
too, its so important and a big part of what we can offer you both.

We will advocate for you both and your families and ensure your vison
turns into reality, and be with you over the next few weeks as your big
day draws closer.

As discussed we have prepared an on the day co-ordination proposal
for your Hindu wedding and reception.

Please review the proposed services and fees carefully, as well as the

Your Proposal: On The Day Co-Ordination

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose the following
for on the day co-ordination. On the following pages we have included
a broken-down list of the services included and that we feel will
address all of your requirements on the day, and leading up to.

On The Day Co-ordination
Hindu Wedding & Reception

30th July 2022
£4,060

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and
return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be included in our
terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and accommodation the team deem necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

Services Breakdown

Below covers the scope of services that we will be delivering for you, in essence we
are flexible in our approach and work to your drum beat and your needs:

• Onboard 4 weeks before wedding • Review of all contracts

• Review of complete wedding design • Review of all payments

• Aid the sourcing of remaining suppliers • Day itinerary planning

• Attend site visits & supplier meetings • Unlimited access 24/7 to T&J Team

• Full on the day coordination (plus any
runners deemed necessary)

Your Proposal: On The Day Co-Ordination

Meetings:

a two hour consultation after
booking

- To get to know each other a
lot better and help us get every
detail of your vision.

planning meetings

- We suggest a meeting every
week in the lead up to your
wedding, but are flexile on this
and work to your rhythm. At
each of these sessions we
would look review your day and
mitigate any concerns and
issues.

supplier meetings

- This includes site visits and
supplier meetings. Virtually or in
person where possible. Here
you can take advantage of our
experience and ensure that your
suppliers are delivering to your
needs.

Your Proposal: On The Day Co-Ordination

T&J Engagement:
- On the day – arrival from 7am – depart 10pm – total 15 hours (this is a baseline and

we flex this on the day to the needs of the wedding
- Excluding the initial design meeting, each meeting will be 1 hour with set agenda and

action log
- T&J Team available via whatsapp group for sharing inspiration and questions etc.
