Dear Shruti & Rishi

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me yesterday. Whilst this is
not the wedding you had planned last year, we have no doubt with the
venues you are looking at and the plans you have for the evening
(sundown fizz on the terrace!) will create amazing memories of your
wedding you and all your guests will remember for a long time!

This event is all about enjoying the moment, and a full celebration of
your marriage after your Hindu and civil wedding the week before. With
that in mind we are glad you have decided to look at a planner for you
day, your butterflies should be about excitement and anticipation of the
amazing evening, everything else leave to us!

I (Janita) had such a lovely time talking to you both and glad I could
offer some advice to help you with your planning. Hope your mum didn’t
get told off too much! We feel very strongly about the chemistry that
needs to be present between us and I thought this was there.

On the following pages you will find a proposal for on the day co-
ordination as requested. We have also added a bespoke planning
proposal for you. With 2 months to go till your wedding we would love
to help take some of the burden from you so you are not planning all
the way up to your big day!

Your Proposal – On the Day Co-ordination

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose the following
for on the day co-ordination. On the following pages we have included
a broken-down list of the services included and that we feel will
address all of your requirements on the day, and leading up to.

On the Day Co-Ordination
Vow Ceremony & Reception

£895

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and
return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be included in our
terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

Your Proposal – On the Day Co-ordination

Services Breakdown

We would look to engage with you
around 2 - 4 weeks before your
event. It is really important for us to
know exactly how you vision your day
to be.

Our job will be to advocate for you
and ensure the day runs more than
smoothly.

Below covers the scope of services
that we will be delivering for you:

• Onboarding 2 weeks prior to
wedding

• Day itinerary planning
• One pre-meeting to review

• Access to T&J Team from

• Full on the day coordination

Your Proposal – Bespoke Planning

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose a bespoke
planning for your events. On the following pages we have included a
broken-down list of the services included and that we feel will address
all of your requirements.

We would also be available to help with any planning for the 6th July but not on
the day co-ordination for this event.
