Dear Angeli & Sanjay

Thank you for considering us for your wedding. We would be honoured
to assist you with your plans and create a unique experience for you
both and your families, just as you have envisioned.

The beautiful and family centric plan you have for your day sounds
amazing. The venues you have started looking at are just so exciting.
There is an extra element you are brining to your day with your keen eye
for event design and ensuring all the moments are captured perfectly.
We have no doubt this will all create memories of your wedding
everyone will remember for a long time!

We feel very strongly about the chemistry that needs to be present
between us, and we really enjoyed our conversation, we spoke for
almost 2 hours and it flew bye! We always aim to help and support, and
so hopefully that was how you felt too.

On the following pages you will find a proposal for complete wedding
planning and on the day co-ordination. As discussed we offer a partial
package and bespoke packages so we can talk through these more
when we meet next. Please review the proposed services and fees
carefully, as well as the terms and conditions for booking. Here if you

We have included the 25% NHS discount on your packages, this expires
on the 31st March 2021.

Your Proposal - Complete Wedding Planning

Based on our initial consultation we would like to propose a complete
planning package for your wedding. On the following pages we have
included a broken-down list of the services included and that we feel
will address all of your requirements.

Complete Wedding Planning
Indian Wedding and Reception.

£3,735

(Normal price £4,980, 25% NHS discount applied)

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit and
return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made six weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be included in our
terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem necessary.
25% NHS offer expires 31st March 2021, booking must be confirmed before
expiry.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

event. It is really important for us to
know exactly how you vision your day
to be.

Our job will be to advocate for you
and ensure the day runs more than

the mandap!
