Great to speak to you earlier and hear all about your wedding plans for
next year. We are glad you have decided to look at a planner for your
day, your butterflies should be about excitement and anticipation of the
amazing evening, everything else leave to us! We will advocate for you
both and your families and ensure your vison turns into reality.

Beaumont is a beautiful venue and the suppliers you have booked
already will deliver a great service for you. We love the idea of an
outdoor wedding too, its always stunning and changes the whole feel of
the event.

As discussed we have prepared a bespoke proposal for your wedding
and reception. Please review the proposed services and fees carefully, as
well as the terms and conditions for booking. Here if you have any

Your Proposal – Bespoke Wedding Planning

Based on our initial call we would like to propose the following bespoke
planning service for your Wedding & Reception. Below we have included
a broken-down list of the services that we feel will address all of your
requirements.

Bespoke Planning

£3,840

To book our services you will need to pay a non-refundable 50%
deposit and return a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
Final payment is to be made four weeks prior to the event.
Full details of our postponement and cancellation polices will be
included in our terms and conditions.
The rate includes all travel and any accommodation the team deem
necessary.

This proposal is valid for five working days from the date of issue.

Services Breakdown

The first stage will be to discuss what is important for you and your
families and what each of the events will smell, taste, feel and look
like. We will together outline a budget and story design for your
events. You already have a fantastic plan laid out so the next step
would be to investigate options for suppliers to deliver a high quality
service, matching your needs and within budget. The below is
applicable for all of your wedding days and events and apply to each
