Arvin F. Mariano is a Foreign Teacher at Rayong Technical College. He is teaching English
Language, guiding students and practice them. He is born in the province of Bulacan, graduated college at Bulacan
State University Bachelor in Industrial Technology major in Electronics. After he finish college, he’s been sent to Thailand
for internship under memorandum of agreement between Bulacan State University and Rayong Technical College. He
teaches Electrical Power and English for 10 months and after his internship, he’s been working as a regular teacher since
then. He loves cycling, playing guitar and fishing.

We ask the contestants to get a
ball that has a number written on

it, so they know who will go 1st.

I was assigned as a timer personnel
on the competition, the time limit

for English and Chinese Public
speaking is 3-5 mins. 5-7 mins for

English Demonstration.

thankful for the experience
that she gain from the
