Amounts shown are the maximum credit that can be applied towards each product/service for a maximum cumulative amount equivalent to $1,500 per room with a 5-8 night stay, up to the
equivalent of $750 per room with a 4 night stay and up to the equivalent of $500 per room with a 3 night stay. The maximum credit for stays of 9 -11 nights is $2,000 per room and for stays
of 12+ nights or more is $2,500 per room.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotion valid for all markets. Resort Credit can be used towards select tours, golf, spa/beauty salon services, romantic dinners, upgraded wine selection, DreamArt Photography and Palace Resorts Wedding CollectionTM
packages. Promotion applies to members with Imperial Weeks, Preferential Rates, participants of the Referral Program and Advantage Promotion. Promotion, prices and applicable services are subject to change without notice.
Promotion will not be extended to travelers on: Famtrips, travel agent or employee rates, complimentary, incentive or compensatory stays. Members traveling with incentive or complimentary weeks will receive $750 Resort Credit
with stays of 7 nights or more. Resort Credit is not valid for RCI 7x4 discounted rate. Resort Credit is valid for RCI members with prepaid stays of 7 nights or longer. Resort Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, products or merchandise.
There is no cash reimbursement if unused. Resort Credit is non transferable between rooms during current stay. Unused credit can be valid for up to 1 year and is transferable once to one guest, two weeks after the check out date.
Unused credit option is only available for check ins as of Dec. 24th, 2014. The unused Resort Credit will not be valid for Spa services.
Guests booking the Family Category will receive up to $1,500 Resort Credit with a 5 consecutive night stay or longer, $750 Resort Credit when staying 4 consecutive nights or $500 when staying 3 consecutive nights. Resorts where
2-Bedroom Presidential Suite is available, including the 2-Bedroom Suite - Golf Course at Moon Spa & Golf Club will receive up to $3,000 Resort Credit for a 5 consecutive night stay, $1,500 Resort Credit for a 4 consecutive night stay
and $1,000 Resort Credit for a 3 consecutive night stay. The 4-Bedroom Villas at Moon Palace will receive $6,000 RC (5-8 night stay); $3,000 RC (4-night stay); $2,000 RC for a 3-night stay. Stays of 9 – 11 nights receive $8,000 RC. All
other room categories are entitled $1,500 Resot Credit, $750 Resort Credit or $500 Resort Credit based on length of stay. Stays of 9 – 11 nights are entitled to $2,000 Resort Credit and stays of 12 nights or more are entitled to $2,500
Resort Credit.

• Promotion applies to groups of 25 rooms and under. Groups over 25 rooms contact our group desk at 800-635-1836 or our weddings department at [email protected]. Guests staying
at more than one resort will receive the benefits of the promotion depending on length of stay at each one, though unused credits may not be transferred to the next resort.

• All Tours, Services and Amenities. purchased with Resort Credit must be purchased at full price. Resort Credit promotion is not combinable with other credits, discounts or promotions unless
specifically indicated. Resort Credit is applicable only towards the mentioned tours and only when operated by Palace Vacation Planners. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to
desire service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price. Additional restrictions or exclusions may apply at
the time of bookings. Tours and services are subject to availability. Services and amenities must be booked/requested upon arrival. Tours vary by destination. Not applicable towards tours
provided by other operators. Resort Credit may only be used for the Ultimate Dolphin Swim program and may not be used towards other dolphin programs or with other operators.

• Weddings. Resort Credit is applicable to Palace Resorts Wedding CollectionsTM; does not apply to other wedding packages or optional services. When applying Resort Credit to wedding
collections full amount must be used by couple. Le Blanc Spa Resort: Resort Credit is applicable to wedding packages at this resort.

• Romantic Dinner. it includes sparkling wine for two adults. Additional bottles incur an additional cost. Romantic dinners are for adults and for couples only. It does not apply to parties of more
than 2 people. Resort Credit may not be used to purchase romantic dinners at other resorts.

• Upgraded wine. Award winning wine selection available at all restaurants. Premium wine list not available from room service menu.
• DreamArt Photography. Valid for one photo session room per stay. Resort Credit is not applicable for additional products such as enlargements, albums, photobooks and other services not

specified.
• Golf. Resort Credit is applicable for golf rounds at regular price. Golf rounds include early fee, green fee, twilight fee, and junior fee and exclude all other fees. Resort Credit can also be used

towards lessons at the Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf in Mexico. It cannot be used towards clubs or shoes rental or purchase of other products.
Transportation, food and beverages for Riviera Cancun Golf Club are not included.
• Additional restriction for Cozumel Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace. Resort Credit for golf at Cozumel Palace and Isla Mujeres Palace may be used on the aforementioned concepts at golf
courses operated by Palace Resorts but do not include transportation to and from the golf courses.
• Scuba diving: In order to redeem the scuba diving portion of the Resort Credit at Cozumel palace and Isla Mujeres Palace, guests must be certified divers. For non-certified divers, they must
receive their certification. Certification process may take three or four days.
