Page 1 of 1 FINAL REPORT DATE OF EXAM: 06/21/2022 EXAMINATION: MR C-Spine without contrast CLINICAL INDICATION: Radiculopathy, cervical region. TECHNIQUE: Inversion-recovery, T1-, and T2-weighted images of the cervical spine were obtained in multiple imaging planes without intravenous contrast. COMPARISON: MRI cervical, 06/16/2017, Radiology Ltd. FINDINGS: ANATOMY/ALIGNMENT: Mild reversal of the cervical curvature. Trace anterolisthesis of C3 on C4 and retrolisthesis of C5 on C6. VERTEBRAE: Mild multilevel endplate degenerative changes, most prominent at C5-C6 level with loss of height of intervertebral disc, slightly progressed when compared to prior study. SPINAL CORD: Unremarkable. CRANIOCERVICAL JUNCTION/C1-2: Unremarkable. C2-3: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C3-4: Small disc osteophyte complex. No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C4-5: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C5-6: Disc osteophyte complex. No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C6-7: Small disc osteophyte complex. No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. C7-T1: No significant canal or foraminal stenosis. OTHER: No significant findings. IMPRESSION: 1. Mild multilevel spondylosis without significant spinal canal or foraminal narrowing. 2. Mild reversal of the cervical curvature. Trace anterolisthesis of C3 on C4 and retrolisthesis of C5 on C6.
