COMPARISON: Radiograph(s) lumbar spine, 07/13/2021, Radiology Ltd. FINDINGS: There are are no fractures involving the lumbar spine. There is normal alignment of the lumbar vertebra without spondylolisthesis. The intervertebral disc spaces appear unremarkable. There are very mild degenerative changes of the facet articulations present particular at L4-5 and L5-S1. There are no other significant arthritic changes. There are no erosive changes. There are no focal or destructive osseous lesions. The sacroiliac articulations appear unremarkable without sacroiliitis. IMPRESSION: There are very mild degenerative changes of the facet articulations particularly at L4-5 and L5-S1.
