I’m Back !!!

Grayson has been
enjoying lots of
experiences indoors
and outdoors as he
settles back into
class.

PLP September 2021

For Grayson’s personal learning
targets he will be given experiences
to develop his concentration and
lots of opportunities to develop his
fine motor control and begin to use
small tool like scissors, tweezers
and writing utensils more
effectively. Grayson will be given
lots of opportunities to enhance
and understand 1:1 correspondence
up to 5. For his own learning he
told me that he would like to learn
to be a policeman.

PLP Evaluation December 2021

Grayson has been using the home
corner. He enjoys making team and
serving his friends. He enjoys being
outside and enjoys using he mud kitchen
there too. Grayson has achieved all his
outcomes this term and is gaining more
skill in all areas of his learning.
Grayson loves our adventures in the
woods. He loves being outdoors and
enjoys exploring the area and climbing
and playing on the swing. He has
recently enjoyed using the writing area
to create drawings and pictures. He loves
using the toy phone and chats often to
imaginary friends and mum.

For Graysons learning targets he
will be given support to understand
that going from area to area is not
frightening, He will be given lots
of opportunities to wait his turn
and listen to instructions. He will
be given opportunities to join in
with conversations and be listened
too. For his numeracy targets he
will be given lots of experiences to
practice his knowledge and
understanding of number to 10.

Grayson has achieved all his targets this
term. He is coping better going from
one room to another. He was a bit
unsure at first going to the Cosy Cove
but after explaining and involving him in
the preparation he transitions easily. He
is concentrating more in a small group
situation and can listen for longer
periods. He has a good understanding of
number and uses this skill often during
his day.
Grayson enjoys being outdoors, he has
been using the new climbing frame sand
likes the bikes. He has enjoyed using the
new blocks and can build fantastic
structure. He can count corners, edges
talk about straight lines and curves.

For Grayson’s targets this term he
will get many opportunities to visit
the. primary 1 area. He was get to
play with others and get to meet
his teacher. For his literacy
challenge he will be given lots of
opportunities to copy written
letters and even copy some from
his own name. During his numeracy
challenge he will be given lots of
experiences to reiterate g

number to 10. For his own personal
plan he said he wanted to climb
outside.

PLP Evaluation June 2022

Grayson has achieved all his targets
this term. During his Health and
Well Being targets he really
benefited from the enhanced
transition he experienced. He was
skipping to the line to go and visit
Ptimary 1. He has met his teacher
and his class friends. For his
literacy targets he was given lots
of opportunities to mark. Make and
begin to copy some letters. He has
a super knowledge of number to 10,
he was recognising, ordering and
telling me the missing numbers. He
has enjoyed his visits to the woods
and enjoys all outdoor play.

Grayson I hope you have the best time in Primary 1.
