Fun at the Park

Charlie had a great time at the local park. He enjoyed
playing on the swings, the road about and the seesaw.
We had a delicious picnic of cheese sandwiches and
hot chocolate.

Evaluation of Learning Plan
December

PLP goes Charlie has settled really well into his
here nursery, he is learning the rules and routines
and exploring the resources available to him.
He particularly enjoys outside playing on the
bikes. Charlie is learning to throw and catch a

ball with both hands. He can recognise his
name and can now recognise numbers 0-3.

January - March

PLP goes Charlie has worked very hard this term. He
here has shown that he can be a super friend and
when anyone is hurt or needs help he is the

first boy there. Charlie can now recognise
numbers 1-10 and with minimal support he can

sequence them in the correct order. Charlie
continues to work on his fine motor skills and
they are getting stronger. Well done Charlie.

Evaluation of Learning Plan
April - June

PLP goes Charlie has worked hard this term and has
here achieved all his targets.

He has enjoyed looking at life cycles and we

had our very own caterpillars in the
nursery. Over the weeks we watched them
grow and change into beautiful butterflies .
When they were strong enough we released

them into the garden.
Charlie has really loved our time at the woods

where he enjoyed building dens playing on
rope swings and eating our delicious hot dogs

made on the campfire.
Charlie can be a very kind boy and looks to

help others.

Well done Charlie.
